Chapter 22

"Enough, let's just go!" the remark of the upset woman, as she lightly pushed the man before him.

"Alright, alright" his response as he held both of his arms up as to indicate that he submits himself to her.

The woman suddenly stopped as she had a thought.

"Ah! Wait, let's tell uncle first"

Lucas perplexed by her suggestion looked back at the blondie as he asked why.

She looked back at him as she also questioned herself "Actually, I don't know why myself . I just have a a feeling that I should"

The man thought of why this is and when he finally found the answer he smirked as he started to tease the woman behind him. "Wow...~  you changed from using him as a benificial tool to truly seeing him as your uncle. Not that I care though."

His statement made the woman realized as to why she was acting that way as she played with his game actively "You're such a downer, I finally see him in a good light and you just reminded me of the past, you devil~"

Him already having the urge to beat some people up into a pulp, pushed the woman to hurry "Yeah, yeah. Let's just tell him" 

The both of them walked towards the room to where Anastacius and their guest resides rather than teleporting right to them, so as to keep their mana stable before they actually go out. Not that Lucas really cared, it was just that Athanasia kept insisting on walking.

Lucas finds walking to their destination troublesome, to where his reasoning was that he was too busy breathing. When suddenly something strucked his thoughts

"Wait, I just remembered something very important"

"And what is it?" Athanasia said in an uninterested tone

Upon hearing her indifferent tone, he was determined to make her attentive. So he used a very sly tone as he said "It's something you should have remembered as well, our dear Sia~"

The way he just said those words instantly gave goosebumps to the once disinteresred Athanasia as she hurried him to tell her what it was about "Yeah, just tell me what it is, your making me anxious" her rubbing both her hands to her arms.

"You should have remembered it! You know that time I went to save you and that brat from the witch." He then paused a bit, as an image of a devil smiling was shown to Athanasia "Your punishment!"

The already anxious Athanasia came to a halt as she laughed in a very odd way "Ha.    ha.    ha., yeah the punishment, I remember that. But given the circumstances that time..."

Before Athanasia even finished her sentence, a finger was put in front of her lip "Shh..., I also heard from Anastacius that you got a surprise for me."

Athanasia gently slapped the finger away from her lips as she said "That was a lie"

"Though it is a lie, you ought to be responsible of your words. But since, you haven't prepared any of that, I'm just going to add it to one of your punishments~"

The woman was left there dumbfounded by his childish actions, as she sighed.

She then turned her head away as she declared "Fine! As long as it is nothing-" she blushed before saying the last line in a low voice "inappropriate"

Lucas not expecting that reply, got amused by her behavior, making him lean near her ear as he then said in a teasing tone "Sia~, you got a really lewd mind"

As his words entered her mind, the more she thought about it deeply, making her whole face flushed. "Le...le..lewd, who has a lewd mind!?"

"You" Lucas pointed to her
