The whole rest of the week I was too embarrassed to go back to the bakery- what if I bumped into the handsome stranger-! 🫣
So awkward!!

But, after a while, I was craving their special bread, so I headed to the bakery.

Nothing eventful happened, thank goodness. I simply purchased my bread and left- relieved to escape any incident-

-"OOF-" I heard as I knocked someone over, unable to see over the stack of bread in my arms.

"S-sorry!" I cry, trying to see the person around the bread.

"No worries! I'm fine!" They replied.
After talking for another minute I was on my way

I was both relieved and disappointed that the handsome stranger wasn't there. At least I was spared any further embarrassment...
