You had known each other for a few months and this was supposed to be your tenth date, and for the occasion she had taken you to look at the starry sky.
«Do you mind if I light a cigarette?»She asked you, as she always did.
«Only if you tell me how many you've smoked today.»You said leaning slightly off her chest to look into her eyes. You made her smile at your concern, but you couldn't help but worry about her.
«It's the first, I swear.»She replied, looking at you honestly. You believed it, after all how could you not do it?.
«Okay.»You nodded, lying back down, this time placing your head on her left thigh, resting the back of her head next to her inner thigh.
You watched her from below as she grabbed the pack of cigarettes from her coat pocket.
She blew the smoke, releasing it shortly after from her mouth, turning her face to the side so it couldn't bother you, even if you were away from it.
She lowered her face, holding on to her right hand, also using it to hold the cigarette, while her left hand ran it through your hair, finding it really beautiful.
There was that moment of silence that wasn't awkward at all, you were listening to the sound of nature as the lights of LA were shining, finding the perfect moment.
«I feel lonely.»The older girl suddenly said, making you confused.
«Come here.»She continued after she saw your confused face. «I'm here.»You replied, continuing to assume your confused and rather amused face.
«No...»She whispered. You stood up more between her legs, leaning your head on her shoulder, putting your face into her neck. «Better?»You asked giggling. «Yes, now I have your perfume right next to me.»She replied making you blush.
Incredible how suddenly she came up with these sentences and the effect she had on you was incredible. No one had ever done that.
No compliment would ever compare to one of her.
The smell of the cigarette had now vanished, and now you could finally begin with your lecture.
«You have to be careful.»You whispered, and she already knew what you were talking about.
«Don't worry, I know what I'm doing. Besides, I don't smoke very much.»She tried to reassure you.
«When you're with me, yes.»You whispered making yourself heard anyway. You could sense that she got quite tense.
«It's just...it's my way of calming down. When I'm around you I can't control myself and I end up getting stupidly paranoid.» She started to explain to you, while you stroked her hand that was on your hip.
«I'm just too afraid of losing you. I'm afraid I won't be able to do everything for you, due to my stupid commitments that will take up my time, and you, in the meantime, could find a better person.»She continued, making you deny with her face.
«I honestly don't know why I tell you these things, we're not even engaged but...that's why I smoke when I'm with you.»She finished, not waiting for your answer. She wanted to give you time.
«I could never find a better person than you.»You murmured softly.
«And I don't want to waste time looking either, because besides you, I don't want anyone else to take care of me.»You felt a small smile grow on her face.
«I care about you more than I care about myself and I only care about the fact that you could harm yourself ... I would never bear the idea that something could happen to you.»You let a weak tear flow, which she quickly wiped away.
«Nothing will happen to me. As long as you're by my side nothing will happen to me.»She said looking into your eyes and stroking your cheek.
You smiled, but it didn't last long on your face before you did it on her lips once she pounced on yours.

You smiled against each other's lips as you thought about what had just happened. You blushed as soon as you realized you were on top of her and her hands were tightly gripping your hips.
«God finally.»She said making you laugh, «I've been waiting for this moment since I saw you the first time.»she continued as she looked into your eyes and moved a strand that had fallen on your face.
«I agree.»you replied stroking her cheek. You approached her lips again, you already couldn't help it. Their delicate touch, their sweet taste, and the way they caressed your lips in such a delicate way, it's hard to think that a thing could change that fast.
In an instant the kiss began to heat up more and more. She teased your lower lip with her tongue, asking for the access you've given her.
