Izumi was irritated as she saw that there were reporters outside the school, trying to get info from the students.

"Excuse me, can you tell us how Dutchess Phantomhive is adjusting as a teacher's aide?" One reporter asked Kirishima.

"Uh, well, she's really serious but she gives good advice for combat."

"Can you tell us how Phantomhive is like in person?" Another asked Iida.

"Oh, she's strong and a formidable swordswoman, and she's shown that she doesn't let her quirkless status slow her down. She even took our whole class down with skill and strategy! Despite my loss against her, she's reminded me there are still heroes out there that fight quirkless despite the power of their quirks."

Izumi was thankful that she came to U.A early and avoided the reporters, and held in a laugh as she spotted A reporter trying to get in and failed due to the U.A Barrier.

Right now, she was accompanied with Aizawa in 1A homeroom class for the Day.

"Decent work on yesterday's combat training. I saw the video feeds and went over your results. Bakugou." Aizawa said looking at the human pomeranian. "You're talented, so don't sulk like a child about your loss." He said as Katsuki frowned and muttered, "Whatever."

"Alright, with that out of the way, the task for your class today.....you need to pick a class representative." Izumi announced.

That's when the class started a ruckus that they want to be class representative.

"Pick Me! I wanna be class rep!"

"I'll take it. " "Yeah, you're gonna need me. "

"Someone with style is perfect."

"I'll be the leader!"

"I'll have all the girls skirts be 30cm above the knee!"

"I can do it! Hell I'm your only choice!"

"SILENCE, EVERYONE!" Iida got their attention.

Everyone turned to Iida who was now standing up.

“This is a task with great responsibility, where you must carry and pull everyone’s weight! Just because you want the position doesn’t mean you can have it! The duty of this position is to lead others, and they must have the trust of every student in the classroom."

Izumi was impressed as Iida took control of the situation.

So she decided to put her two cents in.

“ I agree, which why I propose that we hold an election to choose the leader.”

"But, we've known each other less than a week. Well, most of us that is..." Tsuyu argues, while acknowledging Kirishima, and Mina, as their own group of childhood friends.

"True, most of us have little to no reason to vote for anyone but ourselves." Kirishima added.

"While both of you have a point, it also means that anyone able to get multiple votes was deserving of the role as even now they've made a good enough impression on their peers. Aizawa sensei, may we hold an election?" Izumi asked.

"I don't care, just decide before the end of class, and don't bug me. I had a rough patrol last night." Eraser grumbles and slips under his desk to nap.

Izumi sighed exasperated at Aizawa's antics. But she set up the names of those who wanted to run and put up the tallies.

Results:

Iida: 3

Momo: 3

Everyone else: 1 or 0

"Hm, a tie huh?" Sebastian asked.

"Okay you idiots! Who voted for them?!" Katsuki yelled.

"What, did you really think anyone would vote for you?" Sero asked with a smile.

"If I may, I believe Iida should be the Class Rep. Not only is he willing to put the weight of the classroom, he took control of the situation as most of the class squabble for the position. A leader has to keep a cool head and maintain the peace in the group." Izumi spoke.

"Hm, from the way you put it..." Kirishima said.

"Phantomhive makes a point." Kaminari added.

"Yeah, we did kind of rush into it without thinking...." Jiro admitted.

With that, Iida was Class President with Momo as Deputy Director.
--------------
The day flew by for Izumi as she went to her other assigned classes with utmost focus.

Though she was unaware that a certain student was staring at her from a distance.

'Izumi Phantomhive. An orphan who took control of her family empire after her parents' deaths but did it will exceptional skill.' He thought as he recalled his father's reaction to Phantomhive being in Japan.

------------
Flashback.....

It was a few days ago that Enji was reading the newspaper and spotted the article.

"Phantomhive. One of the most illusive yet most powerful families in the world. This presents an opportunity to gain a foothold in England for many people." He said.

Shoto was there as well.

"Father, are you suggesting that I befriend her to gain her favor?" He asked.

"No need. You need to focus on your hero class. I can at least have your brother make contact with her. Although he doesn't have much promise, he could be a suitable alternative for finances." Enji said.

Shoto gripped his hands but said nothing. Like his father did with him, he was going to try to use Natsuo as a pawn to claim a powerful family.

--------------
Natsuo couldn't believe what he learned from Shoto.

His father originally branded him as a failure but now he wants him to be a pawn for a marriage for money.

And with a Phantomhive no less! From what he knew, she was Shoto's age. Since he's 19.......he's 5 years her senior. Last he checked she's not of consent age yet, but once she's 18, he'll be 23.

He shivered at the thought.

Plus, he may be Endeavor's spawn, but he's still a commoner and she's of blueblood. It don't work that way.

Flashback end
----------------------

Izumi was now in the Teacher's lounge reading over reports on the other classes.

Then she notices two individual letters that were addressed to her.

One from Endeavor.

Another from the Hero Commission.

Izumi frowned at this.

Looking through both of the letters, she knew they were trying to get her family legacy and money with arranged marriage.

Endeavor wanted her to marry his eldest son, Natsuo, who is in college.

And the Hero Commission was providing Hawks, the current Number Three, as a bodyguard, but she knew they were trying to play matchmaker.
But did the men in question agree to this?

She did not know.

"Shall I write rejections to these?" Sebastian asked.

".........No. At least not now. I'll humor them by having a meeting with the men in question first. There is a chance they didn't agree to this." Izumi said.

It can wait, but for now, she has to leave with the hero students, as they have Rescue Training.
