Lucky Fan !

Prologue

It's today !!
On that Sunday morning, y/n would know if she was taken for the most exciting adventure of her life : a trip to Korea to meet her favorite Kpop group with 6 other lucky fans.
She ran downstairs and opened her laptop to search for the holy mail.
Nothing. She ran her hand into her hair, a stressed and frustrated look on her face. She knew she'd put too much hope in that application.
She was dreaming from the start, that, out of the thousands of fans who were more deserving, she had an almost inexistant chance.
But still, her stupid heart had hoped for the past two months.
She closed her eyes and took deep breaths in order to calm her racing heart. She had to be reasonable, if she didn't receive the mail, it meant she wasn't in.
She slowly closed her laptop and went in the shower with a heavy heart.

The day passed without any news coming in. Y/n was resigned to the outcome and was preparing herself to go to bed when her phone suddenly rang. It was quite late already and from an unknown number. It looked like it was a call from abroad. She picked it up after a few seconds of hesitation, curious.

- Yes ?
- Am I speaking to miss Y/n ?
- Yes, it is me
- I am sorry to call you this late, we had a problem with the selection but it is fine now. "

Y/n posed a second, confused.

- Miss?
- ... Oh um I'm sorry sir, I'm confused, I don't know what you are talking about"
- Well you are Y/n, and you did apply to do the trip to South Korea and meet kpop group Enhypen ?
- Yes, yes, I did.
- Well I am calling you to announce you that you have been chosen among thousands of applicants to join the seven lucky fans"

Y/n mind went blank. It was as if the man was talking in another language. Her brain couldn't process what had been said.

- Miss ?
- ...
- Miss ?!
- um I'm sorry what did you say ??
- I said you are received for the trip to South Korea you applied for. You are going to meet Enhypen ! I need your confirmation.
- uuuh Yes... Yes! Yes of course ! - Y/n said, her eyes full of happiness tears - I'm sorry I was shocked.
- No worries - said the man, chuckling - you are not the first one. As I said, there was a problem in the procedure of the selection, that is why you didn't receive the mail and that I am calling you at this hour, my apologies for that.
- Oh, well it's fine now !
- Yes, I am just going to ask you to send me a written confirmation of your presence to the trip, and you will receive further indication later in the week. Well, I wish you a good night then!
- oh yes, thank you, good night !

The call ended. Y/n stood there silently a several  minutes before exploding of joy and starting to do a little happiness dance around her room.
- I'm going to South Korea and meet Enhypen !
