Hello to anyone reading this story, if anyone is willing to, welcome to my fan fiction. Before starting I wanted to introduce myself, or better the inspiration behind this story. Growing up, many peers my age would watch the Harry Potter movies, while I fell in love with this universe by reading the books.

The reason why I am a book fan, rather than a movie fan, is how many wonderful scenes the movies were robbed of, often scenes that were vital to the plot, but more so often it was scenes of everyday life, quidditch sessions, dialogues and silly scenes. These to me, were the building block of everyone's characterisation, from the twins, to the Golden Trio. This single fact made me indifferent to the movies growing up, simply because of how, due to its changes, the personality of many characters was altered or completely transformed. Moreover, many of my favourite characters barely have any scenes in the books and I was hungry for more, which lead me to imagine, imagine and imagine.

I would spend hours thinking about Lee Jordan's life at Hogwarts, Angelina Johnson's everyday life as a Quidditch captain, and about Adrain Pucey. These were the foundation of this story, that I am willing to share, to challenge my creativity and improve my writing skills.

To no one's surprise, my love for books lead me to pursue a degree in English Literature, which I am starting in September. As someone who is also aspiring to work in Editorial Publishing, I feel like a hypocrite wanting to help someone edit and publish their book when I have never written a book: how can I be a good editor and help other authors when I have no idea how it feels like to be in their shoes? This is why this book is my opportunity to improve myself for my professional career later on.

'Mirrorball' by Taylor Swift is one of my favourite songs, and it inspired Delilah's character, but also it definitely influenced the way I characterised Lee, Fred and George too. I think all four characters are kind of 'Mirrorball' coded, but Delilah definitely was also inspired by 'This is me trying'.

I hope you enjoy the book and please do not hesitate to leave feedback and your thoughts, but do refrain from being overly vulgar, swearing and in general being bigoted. Also, there will be NO twincest, and most likely almost no sexual content, at least not in detail, so please do NOT expect detailed smut here.

That's all for now,
Bye
