It says "never trust anyone", then tells you to turn your phone upside down. When you turned your phone upside down, you didn't see anything. Hence why the first line of the picture says "never trust anyone". Because you trusted the part where it gave you a command and you got no 'pay out', so to speak, proving why you shouldn't trust anyone.
