I was waiting , staring at the clock, as if my heat would just "Go away". I mean, in fairness, It has been a week, so it should be ok, or subsided enough to be able to go out. "Katsuuu~" I whined, finally done staring blankly at the clock. Bakugo glanced at me, "Yes, my whiny little pain in the ass" He responded. I quietly stared at him first and then sighed. "Can we go ring shopping now?" I asked. Bakugo seemed taken aback, and then looked down at his feet and silently thought to himself. "Alright... I guess as long as Im with you, we should be fine to go." Bakugo said. I smiled and cheered for my victory. I went upstairs and changed into better clothes. I came back downstairs and Bakugo was already waiting at the door. "You got everything, pup?" He asked as I put on my shoes. "Yes- No- Hold on" I quickly checked if I had everything on me. "Wait... Whats with the nicknames!!!" I exclaimed, Bakugo laughed. "Now youre asking?" Bakugo asked, still chuckling to himself. "I have everthing, we can get going now." I said, defeated by Bakugo.

We got on the elevator as a chill ran down my spine. Now Im never gonna be able to handle elevators by myself. Bakugo held my hand as we waited to arrive at the ground floor. Bakugo seemed off, maybe the elevator was making him that way? Probably. It was a question at this point with the clearest answer. I hugged Bakugo's arm, holding him close. When we arrived at the ground floor , we got off and headed to the ring place Bakugo had in mind.

I recognized, it was the same one Momo once dragged me to, to pick a ring for Jirou. For some reason, my opinion towards a ring was important. We ended up choosing a ring that Jirou absolutely loved. Bakugo poked my head. "Earth to Shoto" he said. "Ah, sorry, sorry, I remembered Momo brought me here once" I informed him. He raised an eyebrow. "Why?" he asked. "Jealous much?" I responded and walked in confidently, leaving an oddly pissed off pomeranian behind me.

I was looking around at the rings, as Bakugo came up behind me. He was quite angry still. "Chill out pomeranian, she wanted help with picking a ring, you drama queen" I reassured him. "Ah..." He quietly responded, "Dont worry love, Momo and I were always JUST friends, I dont understand the whole contradiction about us being a "thing"" I shuddered at the thought, and I added, "Momo was a lesbian who didnt think much about all the rumours of us being a thing, She did her best to make me not freak the fuck out every damn day" Bakugo just looked at me, "You two... Should have probably said something" He answered after a minute of silence. I shrugged, "Probably, but we thought itd just die down after a while" I responded sighing. Bakugo nodded, "Ehem, lets start browsing, shall we?" Bakugo said, changing the subject. "Yeah, lets start looking" I answered.

We looked at each ring carefully, thinking of all pros and cons of it, but I didnt think we needed fancy ass rings. "Lets get these" I pointed at some simple black rings with engraved patterns on them. Bakugo looked at them and immediately liked the choice. "They'll be perfect for us Sho... But are you sure you wanna go with black?" Bakugo asked. "Bakugo, darling, do I not come off as someone who's a fan of Black?"

He looked at me quietly. "I love you and all. But no, you're too bubbly in my opinion" Bakugo responded. "Fuck" I responded, Bakugo chuckled. "Honestly love, I think we should take the same ring but in gold~" Bakugo said. I examined Bakugo's features. "Sho, our ring colour doesn't matter to me" Bakugo said kissing my forehead. "Alright... If you say so" I said to Bakugo. "Attaboy" Bakugo answered me as one of the jewellers approached us. "Need any help?" She politely asked us. "Actually we've decided on these rings" Bakugo said, pointing at the gold engraved rings. "Perfect, let's get your ring size, unless you know yours already?" She asked, directing the second part to me. "No, I wear adjustable rings" I answered her. "Perfect" she measured our ring sizes and oddly enough had our sizes in the back, so we didn't come out empty handed. "Our luck is great" I exclaimed happily. Bakugo smiled. He reached out for my hand and we walked back to my apartment.

"Ah, home sweet home" I sighed happily as I entered the apartment. "Maybe we should think of moving somewhere else?" Bakugo suggested. "Sure, where you thinking?" I asked him. "Huh? Ummm, somewhere with no elevators?" Bakugo vaguely said. "Hmmm, drive to work would take a little bit longer, but I can probably find something" I reassured Bakugo. "I know you can find something, but I want to help" Bakugo said. "Ok, we'll look together!" I said to him happily. For the rest of the day Bakugo and I relaxed on the couch and not to be lazy or anything, but we did order some takeout instead of cooking. We at, and we had a warm shower together.

We were relaxing in bed, looking at houses that we could buy. "How would you feel about living on the same street as your parents?" I asked Bakugo. "Bakugo hesitated for a second. "Idk, I was such an ass to them that I'm not even sure if they'd want to see me-" Bakugo said. "Katsuki! Are you telling me you caught off contact with them?!" I exclaimed. "Well... " Bakugo mumbled. I sighed, "Bakugo, let's surprise your parents, ok?" I suggested. Bakugo thought for a second. "Ok.. Let's do that" I nodded, "we still have tomorrow and the day after free, right?" I asked him. "Yeah, you gonna see if we can get a tour tomorrow or so?" Bakugo responded. "Yep, that's right" I responded and got onto my phone, contacting the seller. The seller was happy to hear someone was willing to see the house and invited us the next day.

(Yes, I know, it's been a hot minute, I'm gonna try work on the next episode- hopefully. Also ummm this chapter is all over the place I think, hopefully the next one will be fine)
