As the child's eyes open they meet the glare of the sun poking through the window, as the room they're in is the exact one they never wanted to see again, they slowly grow to their feet as they walk out to be greeted by a familiar face, they're holding a sword to their side with armor wrapped around them

"Hello there, was your vacation delightful darling?"

The guard said sarcastically

"Well then, seems your social skills still haven't improved by talking to the animals, besides that let's continue on with your training, need soldiers now more than ever.."

As they nod their head in agreement, as they walk out of the building, following many stairs and hallways, the buildings look like they've been built not too long ago, the architecture looks like the Middle Ages as they walk out of a castle, treading on the grass as tall trees hang over them, and a magical walls far away stand tall surrounding the buildings around them, it looked like a rainbow, reflecting the colors within

"First test, sword play"

As they toss a sword over to the child while throwing a swing, the kid blocks it and swings back as the duck out of the way it, bring their blade to the kid's throat stopping before physically touching, the kid dropping the sword with a bit of a gasp as they appear out of breath

"Seems that hasn't improved at all, well you can't be great with everything, next up.. archery"

As they walk for a minute they seem to stop near some targets, as the older (gentle)man toss them a bow with a few arrows, without a word the kid grabs an arrow and aims for a second, then releases and hits the target close to the center, repeating this two more times

"Nice, makes up for the lack of sword play, okay then last test... magics"

As they walk a bit further they reach a little stream, as the man explains the test

"Simple enough, create fire, then water, turn it to stone and expand the stone with air, you may begin"

As the child begins they twist their hand as a few sparks come out, as they try again and again more and more sparks appear before after a couple tries and with a twist of their hand they hold a flame in their palm, continuing on they twist their hand around it as it turns into water floating above the ground, then they tab the water as it falls...
They continue and continue until eventually the ball of water turns into stone and falls to the ground as a pebble, they now grip their fist as they quickly open their hand as the pebble is flicked away with a sigh they continue doing it, each try making their eyes heavier and heavier, the reflection in the water keeping them awake
And after a long while, they twist their hand to create a flame, they circle it to create water, they tap it to become stone, and open it to make it explode, once they do it they nearly fall into the water, collapsing onto the ground

"Great work, took a bit longer than expected but it cuts out, but you still need work if you ever want to battle, you have such potential yet you wast-"

They stop as a explosion is heard in the distance, echoing out into the forest, it's bright light coming from a huge castle in the distance, and what seems to be the barrier-
