Chasing you

Bittersweet graduation

Jane POV
" Hey Jane ,! " I heard somebody calling me.
"Gosh.... Perry I haven't seen you in years!" I was really delighted.
"Finally you are graduating. I know you have dreamt of today. CONGRAGULATION! "
"Thank-"I was cut off by her exciting news.
"Do you know whom I've just bumped into?" She enthused. " Richard"
All of a sudden my mouth went dry. "Richard? As in Richard Anderson ?"
"Yeah there is other Richard" she said sarcastically. OH MY MY RICHIE.
I was lost in my thoughts.

Flashbacks

" Are you two twins?" Richard asked bluntly. It's the first time I had had a conversation with him.
"No, Why do you want to know?" I retorted.
I saw a flush crossed through his cheeks and ears. Did I embarrass him.
" anyway I m Jade Walton. And you are...."
"I'm Richard. Richard Anderson. From Class A"
He was the resident student in that school and really friendly. Oh I forgot to add, he had got very sweet dimples on his cheeks.

" You are not going. We are not done yet." " I want explanation "

"Do you really want that explanation that much? Yes I have been avoiding you because I want to get over on you. Because deep down in my heart I know it will never work out. I neither want to ruin nor taint our friendship. It's a big risk for me."

"What if I want to take the risk?" He walked towards me and cupped my face with both hands. Then I felt a sudden moist and soft thing on my lips. HE KISSSED ME. HE JUST KISSED ME. ON MY LIPS. I was just stunned.
Back to reality, I pushed him and ran away, crying all along.

I felt something watery rolling down from my eye.
" Jade are you crying?." Perry asked.
" no, I m yes. I'm just really happy." I tried to whip away that tears then somebody said" here" , giving me a very soft handkerchief. " thanks." I murmured . Then I realized that voice which was so familiar. I looked up and saw a man with light brown eyes and dark brown hair. Then I realized who the person was. THE ONE AND ONLY RICHIE. He was wearing dark grey suit. He had got taller and became manly with his prominent jaw line and his Arden's apple.

Richard POV
I couldn't believe my ears as I heard Jane was here the same town as me. I couldn't still forget that day she went away from me. From that day on, I had not seen her. At first I thought she was just not ready to face me again. But after three days, the news of her leaving the school for studying abroad. I had no idea where she went. She didn't even give Damn information of her whereabouts.The moment I heard that news I felt as though my heart was torn apart into millions of pieces like worthless trashes. Yet again I finally found her. Wow she had grown all up. And really attractive with those carefree smiles. I just stood there from out of her sight. Out of the blue a single tear rolled down on her cheek. I wanted to whip that tear so bad that I had used all my might to suppress it. I walked down and joined them.
