Ch. 3

Aria's Pov

It's been a while since then and I'm getting ready for my flight to Paris tomorrow. I packed the essentials Like clothes, makeup, and self-care stuff.

"I can't believe my sixteen-year-old sister is visiting Paris." My sister says walking into my room smiling.

I walk over to her and smile super widely. "Get used to it, sister," I say while putting my hands on my hips. "This little Sixteen-year-old is now a grown woman!" I say jokingly.

Ruby smiles and then looks toward my bags "Do you have everything?" she asks. I look over toward the bag.

"Yea probably" I shrug. Ruby shakes her head and walks towards the bag. She looked through all of it and turns towards me.

"You actually have everything, I'm surprised." She says.

"I told you I'm a grown woman now," I smirk smugly.

Ruby chuckles and walks out of my room. I sat on my bed and checked the time (9:26). Since my flight was early I decided to go to bed early. Look at me being all mature.

I wake up to my alarm and excitedly spring up from my bed. I walk into the kitchen and checked the time on the oven. It was pretty early with my flight being 3 hours ahead. I immediately throw some comfy clothes on and get all my bags by the door. I then walk towards the kitchen and make some eggs with toast. Once I check the time again it has been an hour and I have to leave. But before I leave I obviously can't go without saying goodbye to Ruby.

I knock at her door and open it a few seconds later. I open it to see her just now waking up. It was 8:47 so I'll allow it. She turns over to me and smiles sadly.

"Is it time for you to go already?" She mumbles.

I frown and nod gently, "Yes sadly." I keep my face on the ground. Before anything, I feel Ruby's arms around me. I tear up a bit but suck it back up.

"I love you so much aria. You better win that show." Ruby said half-jokingly. I smile and hug her back.

"I will just for you," I say grinning widely. Ruby then let go of me and smiled softly.

"Good now go." She crossed her arms "And don't forget little willow". My face stiffens and then goes soft. How could I forget about little willow???

"I would never!" I say as I quickly grab her carrier and look for her. Once I found her, I grab everything and Uber to the airport.

When I make it I see someone waiting for me. She looks like the French tutor I've been talking to for these past weeks. I quickly walk over to her with a smile.

"Are you Miss Marie?" I ask shyly. She turned over to me and looked down with a smile.

"You must be Aria Coleman!" She put her hand out "Pleasure to meet you!" She says happily. I quickly reach to shake her hand. She looked so beautiful, With her brunette hair in a bun and her formal attire. While I was admiring her beauty she started to walk into the airport and I rush over to her.

"So, I have our tickets and everything ready so you just need to give me your luggage!" Marie explains. I nod and hand her my bags. I stop when it comes to willow. I see Miss Marie's face light when she first looks at her.

"Who is this little angel?" Miss Marie says in a high-pitched voice. I grin and look toward Willow.

"This is Willow! She's my pride and joy." I state with glee. Miss Marie looks back up at me and smiles.

"She's adorable!" Miss Marie squels out. I laugh as we both walk toward the check-in area.

Hours later and we make it on the plane. I won't lie I'm extremely nervous about whatever will happen in Paris. Before I forget I text Ruby telling her I'm on the plane and then put my earbuds in while slowly falling to sleep.

As I wake up I can see that we were not in America. Just by the architecture, I can tell the difference. Enjoying the window seat, I gaze at the land below us, only to see the thing that really made everything click. I saw the Eiffel Tower, Paris's landmark.

"Woah," I mumble to myself in awe.

"Beautiful isn't it?" Miss Marie says You can tell by her eyes that she really loves her city and home. I nod silently still taken back a bit on how I am actually here.
