Love story - cruise ship

Lovers meet

the blue sunny sky , the long ship with shiny wood followed along she bumped into this guy. tall with blue eyes and this dreamy blonde hair. he looked into her eyes as she stared into his finding herself lost in his mysterious self. she quickly said i'm sorry for bumping into you. he followed along with saying it's okay let me buy you a drink at the crab shack. both went to the crab shack on the way there he then asks her name she responds with melody. he then responds with derek. they talk and have drinks at the bar on their cruise ship. as the sun went down with night to follow music started to play. the 2 then found themselves dancing to the tunes the night brought enjoying themselves as if there was no wrong. she then felt sad he asked her why she then tells him about her life. about how this cruise leading to this new world was to help her find her passion. she had no idea what her passion was and was worried. she wasn't living life to the fullest she explained. she didn't know how she wanted to live. she didn't know what her purpose was in life at all. he sat down with her and she went on and on about how she felt alone back home and how she was miserable and didn't want to be a doctor like her parents wanted her to be. she told him that wasn't her goal in life. he then told her he understands her completely and started to comfort her, he hugged her and she laid in his arms as the stars came out they watched them together. she felt relief and for the first time in a long time she didn't feel so gloomy and alone. it was then getting late they both got up and parted ways back to their rooms. he thought about melody all night long her open thoughts she let out. he knew he didn't know much about her but knew he wanted to be the one to show her the way and make her happy. the next day came and they both ran into eachother waiting for some breakfast the cruise served. they greeted eachother and both got some waffles with bacon ofc. as he watched her he felt a home feeling . she was so generous and something about that he admired as himself to felt lost just like her. they spent the whole day together running around the cruise ship trying new things together all day. night fall then came again they both found themselves dancing together in the night sky with the stars up above. they took a picture together so they didn't loose the memory. she asked derek about his life and he told her about how his mom died at a young age and his father turned into a alcoholic who just gave up on life. he told her about how hard it was for him back home. she hugged him as comfort he hugged her back tighter. he then picked her up over his shoulders and carried her all the way to the top deck were he then put her down. they both laid down on the wooded floor to get a better view of the stars above. they held hands as staring into the night sky. they fell asleep morning they were awoken by this guard he quickly grabbed her hand and they both started running away as the guard chased them. they found a hiding place back in his hotel room. he then went on about his plan after the cruise ship departed about his dream to start his own business and build the life he wished he always had growing up. she spoke about how she hoped to build herself back up as well. the 2 felt a sense of comfort that they have known eachother for years and years. they say there and continued talking about how they hoped to go on adventures together exploring this new world and all the new things this world had to offer. derek and melody then made a promise to eachother to always take risks and never let there fear hold them back from achieving the greatest things this new world had to offer. night fall came the two said good night and made plans to meet at the memorial wall the cruise ship had. derek promised melody he had a surprise for her full off adventure. she then kissed his cheek and left to go to her room. derek was so excited he couldn't wait for her reaction to what he had planned for her . the cruise ship offered a scuba dive down below to swim with dolphins and explore the reef. this was 1 of the last stops before the cruise ended and they would arrive at the new world. the sun was rising melody woke up early to get ready. she did her make and pinned her hair up to be ready for her surprise she wore some black ripped jean shorts followed with a white T shirt the went well with her brown hair and green eyes. she put on some high tops and was on her way. derek was there waiting for her , he had his hair combed back wearing some swimming shorts that had dolphins on them with a black shirt. in his hands he was holding a gift bag he then gave to melody. melody then smiled as she found this purple sparkling swimsuit he had bought for her. she quickly went to the bathroom to change and left her clothes in the gift bag. she carried her things as she followed him to these lockers. she then put her stuff away into the locker. derek grabbed her hand and said are you ready to see your surprise. she smiled. he then led her to the dock . she was so excited to see he planned a scuba trip for them to swim with dolphins. they both then put on the gear and the instructor explained the rules to everyone. they both set on the sending of the dock and fell back into the water and swam out. they swam around the reef all day together. creating memories taking pictures and swimming with dolphins. melody felt a sense of attachment feeling to derek. nobody had ever done this for her before and she cared deeply about him. as the day came to an end derek had 1 last surprise for her. he told melody to dress fancy as he had paid for dinner reservations at the seafood place on the ship. derek got ready in this nice tux and a fancy watch he had found in the crab shack gift shop. melody curled her beautiful brown hair and dressed in this nice white and yellow dress she had brought with her as memory of home. she wore some nice white flat shoes to match her dress. they both met up at dinner . derek was so nervous when he saw melody. the waitress then seated them derek pulled out melody's chair for her and pushed her seat in. she smiled and said thank you. he then smiled back at her and said my pleasure. he then sat down and they ordered their food derek learned that melody didn't like ketchup. dinner went amazing for them. they took another picture together and exchanged numbers. both promised eachother to stay together once they arrived to the new world. they then said their goodbyes and headed back to their rooms. morning came and they arrived at the new world that had promised so much. derek and melody met up together at the memorial wall again and headed to the exit together. the 2 walked off the ship together hand and hand excited for this new life they would learn and start together. the end
