Chapter 1- Auditions

Hey I'm Ashley and im 17 and im from Sydney Australia. My one dream is to be in a band and play guitar with my favourite band The Janoskians, and that might all come true today! They are holding auditions for a new guitarist!

I stand in-between hundreds of people waiting for my turn to perform,, a couple of hours later I hear my name being called 'Ashley Clifford please' I look around and pick up my guitar and walk towards the lady calling my name. She smiles at me and says 'They are just through here, don't worry kid you will be fine' She grins at me then opens the door. I nod thank you and slowly walk in. I stand near the door trying not to scream, I am standing right in front of Jai, Luke, James, Daniel and Beau! They smile at me 'Hey whats your name?' Jai asks me but I don't answer 'Are you okay?' James asks sounding worried 'Oh yeah sorry im fine hey um sorry hi My name is Ashley Clifford' I feel my face slowly blushing as I stutter my words. 'Well hey Ashley, as you know we are looking for someone new, so go ahead show us what you got' Beau says as he leans back in his chair. 'Yeah sure ok' I sit down and pick up my guitar. 'Is it okay if I sing a 5 seconds of summer song?' James sighs and laughs 'yeah sure sweetie' I blush and nod. I start playing the song and singing.. *Few minutes later* 'Ooooh beside yoooou...' I stop playing and look up at them. Daniel stands up and starts clapping and so do the others 'That was fucking amazing' Daniel shouts. 'We need you here no joke' James says with a giggle. I smirk and go red 'Haha thanks guys..' I look down at my guitar and smile 'Its cool, we will phone you later to let you know what we think' Beau says with a smile. 'Wow okay thanks guys' I stand up smiling and picking up my guitar. 'See ya' Jai says as I walk out 'Bye' I wave and shut the door.
