Falcon's First Diving Experience

Author's Note: Hey all!

Just wanted to let you know, my OC just learned Scuba Diving a few weeks ago, and this is what his first experience was like. BTW, there's a reference to Sonic X episode 16 in this oneshot.

It was a very hot summer day in Station Square. And right now, Sonic is at the beaches of Emerald Coast with his girlfriend Amy, his best buddy Tails and his girlfriend Cream, and his new friend Nathaniel the Falcon. And at the moment, Sonic, Tails, and Nate, who are all wearing swim trunks, are currently lying down on the sandy beach while they watch Amy and Cream swim and splash in the ocean water.

"*sigh* This is the life." said Nathaniel the Falcon.

"You said it, Nate." Tails replied, then he turned to Sonic and said, "And I gotta hand it to you, Sonic. I didn't actually think you'd come to the beach with us."

"I overcame my aquaphobia a few weeks ago because of Ames." Sonic responded, "She taught me how to swim, and I actually got the hang of it."

"That's good." Nate said.

"Yeah." Sonic replied, "Okay, Imma go swim with my Ames."

And with that, Sonic walked towards the shoreline, walked into the ocean water, and swam out a bit towards Amy (who's wearing a red bikini with yellow hearts on it), who was playingly splashing Cream (who's wearing a yellow one-piece swimsuit with two flowers and a pink swim skirt attached).

"Hey!" Cream exclaimed after being splashed by Amy.

"How's that, Cream?" Amy asked, but then, she suddenly got lifted onto Sonic's shoulders by Sonic, so she exclaimed, "Woah!"

"Hi, Ames." Sonic said.

"Woah, Sonikku!~" Amy exclaimed, "You caught me off guard there!"

"It was intentional, my love." Sonic replied, then he let Amy fall off of his shoulders, and into the water with a splash, then Amy breached surface and said to her blue boyfriend, "Still remember those swimming lessons I gave you?"

"I still do, Ames." Sonic replied, then he got an idea as Tails and Nate met up with them, and said, "Hey, guys, I got an idea: How about we go Scuba Diving? All 5 of us?"

"Scuba Diving?" Cream asked, then she liked the idea, and said, "I'm down for it!"

"Yeah, me too!" Tails agreed.

"I'd love to go Scuba Diving, Sonic!" Amy cheerfully said.

"Wait... Scuba Diving?" Nate suddenly asked.

"Yeah, you heard Sonic." Cream said, "You know what Scuba Diving is, right Nate?"

"Well, I know what Scuba Diving is, Cream......" Nate replied, then admitted, "But... I've never done it before."

And hearing that, the 4 of them got surprised and shocked.

"You've never been Scuba Diving before?!" Sonic asked.

"No, Sonic, I haven't...." Nate replied, "I've wanted to try it for years.... it's just that I was nervous about it."

"Oh, come on, Nate." Amy said, "It's not too bad. Sonic, Tails, Cream and I have experienced Scuba Diving for the first time at the Grand Blue Sapphire Sea. And it was really amazing!"

"Yeah, Amy's right." Cream followed, "We actually saw amazing things underwater even more than just snorkeling near the beach."

"Well.... in that case...." Nate said, "I guess I'll try it."
