Rex sigh another day, and yet another plan foiled by the pesky kratt brothers for once he would love Paisley to win he hated seeing her so upset and when she get like this there was nothing he could do to get her out of it he lean against the wall trying to think of a way to help her feel better wanted ideas only popped up into his head ' that might just work' He knowing he doesn't have much time before she decide to come out to eat he quickly put his plan into action making sure everything was perfect for when she came in.
" I can't believe those pesty cracks won again for once I will love to win but no they just have to save the animals." Presley's annoying voice sounded different from around the corner Rex couldn't help but chuckled she was really adorable when she was mad.
" Don't worry darling we'll get them next time but for now why don't we just sit and enjoy some tea I even put on your favorite movie."
Paisley headed into the room her hair when she usually keeps in a bun was taken down she glanced over at her assistant for a second before asking " Rex what is all of this?' motioning to what Rex had previously done
" I thought you can use a break so we can think of a plan to defeat the Wild Kratts once and for all ."
Paisley thought for the moment for finally walking over and sitting down" I suppose you're right Rex I do need a break so you put on my favorite movie for me."
" Yes, I did and I also have your favorite snacks coming up in your favorite drink so I'll be getting that in just a second for you."
" Thank you Rex."
" No problem."
"Rex?"
"Yes?"
"Why are you doing all this it's like you like me or something."
Rex turned his head trying to hide the fact that he was blushing but he always thought that she would never like him and she was his boss but could" Y -Yeah how silly." He gave a nervous tackle for heading off so the kitchen
"I like you to Rex."
A light rain had started to fall outside gently tapping out the window attracts and Paisley was sitting on the couch watching the terrible movie that Paisley like Rex wasn't really that interested but if it makes her happy he'll watch it show me if all the head going against the shoulder messing down after shorter female he saw that she was leaning against him still " Boss?"
"Quiet I can't hear the movie."
"You're laying against me."
"Rex for Pete sake I'm going to tell you this and this is the only time you will ever hear me say this so you better treasure it for the time being okay because I am very tired and probably going to go to sleep because the stupid rain outside."
"What is it?"
"I like you two Rex I like you for a long time but I could never really get the proper time to tell you I feel how I felt and was always being ruined by the Wild Kratts."
"Y you like me ."
"Do I have to take a piece of paper to your head saying I like you yes I do."
"How did you know I like you?"
"When you know someone as long as I know you you pick up on the signs ."
" I don't think you'll like me I'm not really you know."
"I may be a CEO and may want to build roads in places that you shouldn't build roads but that doesn't mean you have to live up to those expectations you're perfect just the way you are Rex don't let anyone tell you different now please shut up and let me watch my movie."
Rex nodded and for the rest of the day they spent in each other's arms before I falling asleep
