That same night
Somewhere in Blue Lock

"That man is like an ice wall..." the girl said to herself, as she walked through the long, empty corridors of Blue Lock's facility.

She had spent three hours in Noel Noa's office, talking to the perfect striker and Ego Jinpachi, who had lectured her on video call for revealing her identity so easily.

After that she herself had explained the secrecy contract to the coach (and by explain I mean she simply told him he had to sign and keep quiet) and for the rest of the time they had talked about his career.

She sighed, slipping her cell phone out of her pocket and turning on the screen, looking at the latest notifications.

The time read only 1 a.m.
Still early. She had time to ask Anri to spray her wounds and to practice a little.

Her tired and bored eyes lazily read the words written on the screen, stopping, however, on one name in particular.

Her grip on the phone tightened slightly in front of his missed call, and she unconsciously lowered the screen to the other side so that it faced her thigh.

"Porca puttana..." she said through clenched teeth, closing her eyes and throwing her head back as her brain switched off and on between not wanting to think about anything and having to think about what he wanted from her now.

Fucking old man...

Suddenly the alarm bells in her nervous system began to ring, and her arm rose, blocking the foreign body that had entered her personal space. Although she managed to stop the blow, however, the foreign hand grabbed her forearm and pulled her away from the corridor, into a dark room.

The girl's developed senses took over and her fingers quickly encircled the wrist of the hand that was holding her.

She turned it over, hearing a male moan of pain as she passed under his shoulder and behind the unknown body and forced him to bow, with his arm stretched behind his back and her hand on the back of his head so as to keep him down.

The figure resisted, whereupon Nicole raised her knee and struck hard at his abdomen, finally making him groan and freeze.

Neither spoke, and the fingers on the back of the boy's neck tightened, daring him to rebel against her grip.

Who could it have been?
Ness? She had bothered him, but he was more petite than the figure she was touching.
Raichi? He was only violent in theory, but he would never have the courage to attack her like that.
A boy sent by his father? No, the man would never risk tarnishing his reputation by entrusting such a task to any character.

"Your name." her voice vibrated in the quiet dark room with an authoritative, commanding, dictatorial tone.

The boy didn't answer, and if only he could have seen her expression he would have known better to do as she said. Nicole's mask was cold and ruthless, the face of someone who would not mind using her cruelty once more.

Suddenly the figure, taking advantage of his own position, grabbed her ankle with his free hand, pulling and causing her to fall with her back to the ground.

A silent groan of pain escaped her lips as soon as the wounds hit the floor violently, and she dug her nails into her own palms so as not to be distracted by the agony.

The figure tried to get on top of her, one of his knees between her legs in such a way as to block her from making wide movements. His body was powerful, muscular, warm.
