The End

 "The funeral in a few hours, we should get going" says doc while standing in the doorway of the guest bedroom. "Yeah....we should go" says Alex as she gets up and heads outside, "do you ever... wish things never happened like things everything was just a dream" says alex "sometimes yeah, but we can't change the past, we must move forward" says doc "How can you say that... after everything that happened how can you?" asks Alex "I know its hard alex... to move on after the one you cared for so much to go, and no it doesn't get easier, it just gets bearable, but as long as you keep the memories you made with that person alive... they'll never truly die" responds doc "right" says alexs. *2 hours later* "alright we're here let's go find our seats the ceremony starts in an hour" says doc "ok" says alex

"Oh you must be doctor hendricks and alex's amber" says k's grandmother "yea you must be k's grandmother, thank you for letting us come k was... a big help to the lab" says doc "no need to thank me, any friend of k is a friend of ours" says k's grandma "come i'll show you your seats" "lead the way" says alex. "We are gathered here today to honor the memory of the 19 year old K  says the minister "K was a bright boy his grades high, charisma, and apart of our future, if anyone would like to come up to say a few words please come up now" say the minister" doc stands and walks over to the mic "hello everyone as you know my name is doctor connor hendricks and some months ago i made the biggest mistake of my life and pretty much nuked the city, and one of those to be harmed by my mistake is K, K was the only person who didn't blame me for what happened, instead of hating me he forgave and helped me make up for what i've done, he made me a better man than i ever was,he helped me when my daughter lost her life, he helped me cope with it, i appreciate him for that and i hope he's up there with courtney" says doc as everyone claps. *alex gets up and walks over to the mic as doc sits down "my name is alex amber, K was my best friend he was the first person to show me kindness when i moved here, he was such a kind, light filled soul, he saw the best in everyone even those who were mean, he made people better, he made me better, after my dad died K was the first person to invite me out to help me get my mind off of things, he helped me accept my fathers death and to remember the good times i had with him" says alex as everyone claps. After the funeral "thank you both for such kind words" says K's grandmother "no its fine, were just happy we can show our appreciation" says alex "well we better get going gotta handle somethings back at the lab,again thank you for allowing us to come" says doc "thank you for coming and please visit anytime" says k's grandma as alex and doc walk away. Few hours later back at the lab, "doc im sorry" says alex as tears fall down her face "I know you said to move on and learn to cope with his death but i can't, i miss him so much" "I know alex i miss him to, but we can't just sit around and do nothing he wouldn't want that... I'll go and tend to my research. You go rest up,call me if you need anything" says doc as he walks away. Hours earlier in the omegavoid "well well well we finally meet... Kpower of earth 1" says council member 1 "where am i, what happened" asks K "well you died, a tragedy nonetheless" says council member 3 "died!?! I died" says K "yes and we brought you here today to put you to the test" says council member 2 "test?, what text?" ask K confused "the test of becoming a council member" says council member 4 as K looks on both surprised yet scared at what's to come.
