A few months ago, this place was attacked by a tin army and dark matter that suddenly appeared. Immediately the place became chaotic. Fortunately, the cat heroes came and saved the place despite the sacrifices it required.
Since that incident, scientists decided to make a cat robot that looks like the cats that once saved the city.

6 months passed, and finally the cat robot or what is known as "R-Kitty" has been made, but it is still in the beta stage or not yet perfect. The scientist is still conducting tests on the robot, namely R-Kitty, even though the tests carried out can it is said to be almost "perfect" but the scientist still updates the system.
When the scientist makes several updates to the R-Kitty system, the phone rings, the scientist opens the phone, and the call is from Major Hikari city, he talks to the scientist.
"Hey scientist, I need your help. Lately a lot of Hikari city residents have disappeared without a trace, we have contacted the police and detectives, but they haven't found any clues, can you help me with your creation?" said the major in a panic.
The words seemed like a serious matter. The Scientist was still not convinced that his new creation or R-Kitty could do this, but as if there was no other way.
The scientist agreed to help the major, and the major was also relieved that the scientist wanted to help him. Then the scientist told R-Kitty to go to Hikari city, and R-Kitty went to his destination.
