He knew he was in Kafeel it. He was scared is if you would find out and take his second baby away he didn't want. Is it good to hurt his new baby. Caskey cried, because of the thought of what is he might do if he found out he was scared and anxious and and wondered if he could take both of his kids one day and be a normal family.

As he thought, if Katsuki was pregnant an alarm went off if the front door is opened without a certain key, an alarm will go off just in case of intruders. When he ran to the front room izuko was gone. So he ran down to the basement and so was Katsuki. "That whore how dare he take away my child"
As kat ran out the house he bumped into someone and befor he could see they said "why the hell are you out?!"
