charlie is the epitome of an angsty teenage boy, so when his emotions get the better of him, his entire world seems to collapse and he starts to spiral.

he usually distances himself from everyone, not willingly, but he believes he's a bother, so it's become a habit of his. he also is a horrible nail biter, to the point it hurts him to move his fingers.

physical touch is big for him, so when he forces himself to tears, usually hugging him for a long period of time, and whispering sweet nothings to him until he's ready to talk to you again.

𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐦 𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬

adam is extremely self-conscious, so anything that triggers his hatred to himself causes him to pick himself apart, skipping classes to look in the school mirror, tearing apart his looks and personality, and ignoring all the people who attempt talking to him.

he's a sucker for words of affirmation, and even if it doesn't convince himself of his worth, it is appreciated when you tell him how great he is in your eyes.

connie has horrible anxiety, and she lets herself pile up different things until it's seemingly impossible to solve any of them, and she starts to panic. usually, she doesn't go to school during these attacks, and ignores all her phone calls.

you're well aware of her bad habits, so holding her and just calming her down with a smooth touch on her back or arms can do wonderfully for her mental health.

𝐠𝐮𝐲 𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞

guy doesn't feel worthy to be friends with the ducks, more or less he contemplates quitting the team and disappearing into the shadows forever. he gets extremely moody, and snaps at everyone.

he refuses to talk about his feelings with anyone, so it's easiest for you to drive around with him, or go on a walk, making sweet small talk until he feels comfortable enough to open up.

𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧

lester is very commonly described as "open" and "happy-go-lucky", so when he feels like he isn't easy to talk to on a certain day, he convinces himself that he's somehow broken, and no one should be in any sort of relationship with him, even if it's just a partner in a random class.

talking with him about why he is feeling so bad helps him a lot, and any word you say he believes with his entire heart, so it doesn't take much convincing for you to tell him he's just having an off-day, and he's aloud to have human emotions.

𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐚𝐧

dean has an extremely hard time expressing himself, most likely caused by his fathers lack of sympathy while he grew up, so bad days are usually identified when he's extremely rude to others around you, or he's quick to fight.

he usually assumes you find this extremely unattractive and disappointing to be around, and you'll break up with him at any moment that day, so he's very adamant you should just 'get it over with' and leave him alone, so any form of intimacy or words of affirmation help him understand you're not about to just abandon him.

𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐝

fulton convinced himself early on in his life that he's an outcast, and absolutely no one, or anything, for that matter, can convince him otherwise. so, when something out of his control goes wrong, he completely shuts everyone out, and provides no explanation to his meltdown.

if you take him to the pond or a random alley, and let him just shoot pucks and rant mindlessly, his stress seems to just fade. he also wouldn't be apposed to making out afterwards, just for extra confirmation.
