Retail, most of us have been there as workers, at least 99% of us have. The 1% is lucky enough to have grown up privileged with a silver spoon in their mouths or lucky enough to marry someone rich and not deal with it. The rest of us  however have had to endure retail. It's a funny thing when people say "we need retail therapy", no because you just might need therapy after this type of work. It's not too much on a physical level, but the mental state that is has an effect on is quite a bit.

Therefore, I've decided to write this book as a way of airing out my thoughts, and maybe a few others out there who can relate. Maybe we can laugh about this stuff and you never know, if you're guilty of anything in this book and what I write about, maybe it'll give you the idea of who you are and please stop and think before you say or do something. Most of us scrape by on minimum wage or slightly above that, most of us, especially grocery stores, have had to stay open during the whole covid pandemic and didn't get acknowledged for it, feeling as if we are less important than the front lines but we were the ones keeping those unaffected sane by giving a little bit of normalcy despite exposing us to possible covid. And trust me, having it 3 times already is not fun if I might mention. There were those that would give us grief about wearing the damn masks, but I digress, we'll cover that soon enough. It'll all become clear in what's to follow. So let's head to retail therapy, it's going to be a bumpy ride.
