Richie Tozier and Eddie Kaspbrak have had a very complicated relationship ever since preschool. They've always felt closer to each other in ways that their little heads could never comprehend. Love was the only word to describe their feelings. But two boys could never be in love.

Could they?

Eddie would one day go to his mother with this problem, ending in the separation of their passionate friendship. Causing Eddie to move in his final years of Highschool. Banned from ever seeing his best fried. Until 10+ years later.

Eddie ended up being dorm mates with his once best friend. They didnt notice each other at first, yet the last name "Tozier" stuck out to Eddie. It annoyingly rang a bell in the back of his head from the times he repeatedly wrote 'Eddie Tozier' in a middle school notebook.

"Richie? Richie fucking Tozier?!" Eddie questioned as he shuffled a moving box into the petite dorm room.

"Thats my name, don't wear it out!" Richie exclaims as he neatly stacks his shelf's with old vinyls.

Eddie shakes his head as he softly giggles. And thats when it clicks in Richie's cluttered mind.

Richie whips his head from the bookshelf to stare at the sun kissed boy standing in his doorway. "Eds?!" Richie questions as he runs towards the stunted boy. "Holy shit. It really is you." Richie softly caresses Eddie's cheeks as he glares up and down between his eyes and lips.

"You still haven't lost those stupid ass nicknames." Eddie replies as he lays his box down to pull Richie tightly into his grasp.

Richie sets his hands firmly against Eddie's hips, melting into his contact. "Nope. I kept them just for you sweetheart."

Ever since that day, the two had been i separable. They did everything together. They would go out to get coffee, binge movies, cook and study. Anything you could imagine, those boys had done together.

Yet, there was a problem. Richie and Eddie noticed old emotions starting to creep back into their blood stream, quickening their hearts and heads. They'd catch each other climatically inching closer. Brining their lips one short lean apart of a kiss. But, Richie would always pull way, brushing the matter off. Quickly focusing on their current topic.

This would make Eddie's blood boil with anxiety and irritability. He wanted to call Richie his more than anything, yet stress filled his mind with thoughts that stoped him from taking the next step.

Eddie competed with his thoughts as Richie stared at his study guide. "What if he's straight?! Or what if it's all a joke and I'm just a complete dumbass?! Damn it. Why the fuck did I have to fall for the Trashmouth."

Richie gave Eddie a caring, sympathetic look, "Hey. Eds what's up? You seem caught up on something." Richie sluggishly sat up on his bed as he eyed Eddie across the room.

"Huh, uh yeah just stuck on this stupid question thats all."

"I think I could help."

"Yeah right Trashmouth. Like you can do my math homework."

"How dare you trash the Trashmouth!" Richie replies as he walks over to Eddie's neatly made bed, wrinkling the comforter as he sits himself down next to Eddie. "Let's see here," Richie says as he pulls a pen out from behind his ear, ruffling his obsidian locks. Eddie felt his cheeks scatter with a light accent of blush. "So you just add these two, subtract the total from this and multiply it by the factor." Richie agressivly scribbles against the paper as he fixes Eddie's work while circling one of the multiple choice answers.
