POV Tanjiro :

Let me.... get this staight (even if I'm not)... Inosuke and Yuki are back with their mom.... who didn't take care of them when they were yonger..

I'm worried. And I know something is going to go wrong.. someday it will.

Kanao - They will be okay Tanjiro-san. Inosuke and Yuki are strong.

- Yeah... but I can't help but worry about them.. Especially Inosuke.... he remembers what she did while Yuki doesn't.. I'm just.. scared that he snaps and destroys everything around him again or something like that..

Zenitsu - Fair point..

I know he can take a lot, but not forever... I don't want him to get hurt again..

Genya - I'm sure they'll get throught this. Inosuke is strong, he'll protect Yuki.

- You guys are right.. I should trust Inosuke and Yuki and believe in them.

At school the next morning

I didn't see them on my way here, so I guess they already moved to their mom.. Should I call her a "mom" ? Because she isn't really one.. Whatever I'll think about it later, right now I want to know WHERE THEY ARE AND IF THEY'RE OK !!

Kanao - Tanjiro-kun, Inosuke-kun and Yuki-chan are going to be alright.

- I know ! But I can't help but worry !! Like did she treat them right ? Did she change and now she'll take care of them ? Did they eat enough yesterday night ? Did they sleep well last night ? Or she just didn't change and she still doesn't care about them and let them without anything to eat ?!!!

Genya - Woooow dude chill ! I'm sure they're alright.

Zenitsu - Yeah stop overthinking about it !

- *deep breath* fuuuuuuh..... You're right, I shouldn't overthink and trust them... the thing is, I don't really trust Kotoha !

I keep taking deep breaths to keep calm and avoid overthinking.. We're waiting for them in front of the school. Some minutes later, a dark blue car pull up in front of us, and the driver opens the door to let Inosuke and Yuki out.

Zenitsu - Oh wow, you have a driver now..

Yuki - Yeah !!! It's cool right !!!!

Genya - Yeah pretty cool ! You don't have to walk or take the train now.

As Yuki jumps in happiness, Inosuke doesn't make the same face. They seems alright ?..

- Hey !.. Everything alright Inosuke ?..

Inosuke - Mh.. for now it's fine. Can we go inside now ?..

He seems really annoyed.. As the driver returns to his seat, the passenger window is opened.

Kotoha - Have a nice day kids !!

Yuki - Bye bye Kotoha !

She waves at Kotoha, while Inosuke doesn't answer and grabs my arm as he rushes inside the school.

- H-hey ! Slow down !

When we're far enough from the gates, Inosuke slows down and let my arm go. I can scent he's tense...

- What's wrong ?.. Did something happen last night ?

Inosuke - *sigh* No that's the problem, she didn't do anything !! She brought us to her big ass house with her fancy car, to show she has mOnEy and acted all nice and stuff like nothing happened before !.. Like she finally realised what she had to do as a "mom".
