Prologue: Lizbeth
It has been a few weeks since Harry and Susan have announced their relationship to the boys, but not yet to the fans. They are trying to keep it as private as possible since Harry doesn’t want any hate on Susan. Harry feels his phone vibrate in his pocket and sees that it’s a test from an unknown number. “Hey Hazza it’s me Lizbeth. Just letting you know I will be spending the summer in London this year. Hope to see you so we can catch up old friend. :P” Harry tried to remember who Lizbeth was and how she got his number. It took him a while but he remembered who she was. Lizbeth was an old friend from grade school but moved to France way before he started the live shows on X Factor, 6 years ago. Now she was coming back and wanted to catch up on their lives. What he didn’t know was the reason why she moved to France all those years ago.
Lizbeth’s parents had passed away in an accident that she never talked about and she had family living in France. But she could have stayed with her brother and her sister in law in London, but her feelings for her best friend were too strong for her that she could not focus on her studies. She thought that moving with her grandparents in France would help clear her mind and pursue her dreams of becoming a dancer. At first it worked. The first few months she was able to stay focused on her school work and on her dreams, but she loved to watch the X Factor and knowing that her best friend was going to be on the show as a member of a group, she was unable to control herself from watching the clips on youtube. Every week once the live shows started she would watch the clips and her feelings for Harry would grow. She thought, once again, that since One Direction did not win she would not hear about them anymore. So she was once again focused on her studies.
Years past and Lizbeth maintained her mind on her dream. Since she finished school she had so much more time to focus on her dancing. She became a professional just like she dreamed of and now had a job that required her to go back to London so she perform in a music video for a British singer. That’s when she remembered that Harry was still living there and wanted to catch up, see how life has been treating him since the X Factor. She did not know that he was now a member of the biggest boy band ever. As surprising as it may seem that was true. She had no idea that One Direction became huge after the show. It was only natural since she never did have time to watch TV anymore due to her job. She was either at a dancing studio learning her choreography or rehearsing. She barely had time for herself, but she loved what she did so she never complained.
Lizbeth was given her passport to London and her schedule for the next few weeks. After she was done with the music video she had time off and she planned to spend it in London to visit old friends and family she left behind years ago. Through some mutual friends of hers and Harry, she was able to get his number and she texted him that she was going back for the summer. During that time she planned on telling Harry how she felt for him and that now she would like to see if they could become more than friends.
The day has come and she was now on her way to London along with other dancers. She was excited and could not wait to see Harry and the city that she loved so much but had to leave behind.
