Chapter 3
The next morning Eleanor and Susan woke up before the boys and decided to pull a prank on them. Susan went in the guest room where the boys were sleeping and saw that Niall was not in the room. She stood at the door looking around the room to see if she could find him but had no luck. Then she heard him come out of the restroom and say her name. She turned and signaled for him to be quite.
“Shh, I’m gonna prank Louis and Harry,” Susan whispered to him.
“How?” Niall whispered back.
“Gonna make it seem like they’re late for the interview today,” she said as she forward the time on the boys clock.
“You know your evil Susie? But this is gonna be hilarious. So what do I do in the mean time?” he asked with a grin on his face. Susan could tell he wanted to make the prank even bigger. Just then they heard someone at the main door so they got out.
“Good morning Eleanor. Are the boys up? We need to get going,” Liam greeted as he walked into the living room.
“They are still sleeping actually,” Susan told him as she and Niall walked in the room with big grins on their faces.
“We should wake them up then. Don’t want to be late to the interview now do we?” Liam said as he walked to the guestroom.
“Wait!” Susan exclaimed as she reached to stop Liam from waking the boys up.
“What?” he asked confused.
“Let me and Eleanor wake them you guys just wait here,” Susan said holding her laugh in. Eleanor walked over to her and they both headed to the guestroom. Niall explained to Liam and Zayn what the girls were doing and that they should wait quietly in the living room.
“Boys wake up!!! You over slept and yourgonna be late for your interview!!” the two girls yelled as they walked in the boys room. Susan went over to Harry and shook the bed violently enough to wake him up. Eleanor did the same. Harry opened his eyes and saw the clock. Seeing that it read 12:30 he got up in a flash and started getting dressed as fast as he could while yelling at Louis to do the same. As the two boys were rushing to get ready and make it on time to their interview, Eleanor and Susan were basically on the floor laughing their butts off at the boy’s reaction to their prank.
“Why are you two laughing?” Louis asked confused as he hurried to put his trousers on.
“Yeah this isn’t funny Susan, were gonna be late,” Harry scolded at her.
“This is really funny,” Susan said as she grabbed her ribs.
“No its no-” was all Harry was able to say before he lost his balance trying to put his trousers on and fell to the ground. He got up quickly and once the two boys were done and ready to go they ran down the hall into the living room where they saw Niall, Zayn and Liam patiently waiting.
“C’mon guys lets go were late,” Louis told them as he rushed out the door.
“Why in a hurry? We still have plenty of time,” Zayn told Louis.
“Yeah, we have enough time for breakfast,” said Niall with a mouth full of pancakes.
“No we don’t it’s 40 past 12. Now c’mon we’re late,” Harry said as he grabbed Niall out of the kitchen and was about to drag him when he saw the clock on the stove. It read half past 9.
“SUSAN!!!!!!” he yelled. The girls were laughing so hard that they were crying. Liam was chuckling. Zayn was laughing as well but his laugh was one of those where if you laugh so hard no sound comes out so you start clapping your hands, just that he was slapping his thighs. With all of this going on everyone forgot that Louis had left in a hurry.
“Guys, where’s Louis?” Eleanor asked a bit worried.
“Think he’s outside,” Zayn said as he walked to the door. “LOUIS!! Get in here!”
“You guys c’mon lets go we’re late,” Louis told the boys once he got in the flat.
“Babe it was all a prank me and Susan pulled on you and Harry,” Eleanor told him as she chuckled a bit while hugging him.
“You mean that we’re not late?”
“Yes babe. It’s barely half past 9,” she explained as they both walked to the kitchen.
“It was not nice sweet heart,” Harry told Susan as she placed a plate full of pancakes. “I really hurt myself trying to get ready in a hurry.”
“Sorry love didn’t mean for you to get hurt. It was just a quick prank we thought of. Won’t happen again,” she told him with an apologetic look on her face.
“Aww, I can’t stay mad at you with a face like that,” Harry said as he reached for her face to give her a kiss. After all the boys were done eating Harry and Louis went to take a shower and got dressed. Once ready, all five boys went to their interview.
