When I picked her up, she looked as beautiful as ever. She wasn't wearing any makeup, which made me happy. She always told me that she felt ugly without makeup, until one day I told her that she looked beautiful with her natural face. I will never forget the way she smiled at me when I told her that.

"Hi, Harry." She said, snapping me out of my thoughts.

I looked into her eyes, and saw how dull they looked today. They weren't sparkling, like how they usually would when I was around her.

I reached over and kissed her cheek. "Hi, love."

She barely smiled, and looked away.

"Are you sure that everything is okay? You aren't acting the same." I asked her.

"Yes, I'm just a little tired, that's all." She said as she forced a smile.

"Okay, maybe a latte will help wake you up." I said assuring her, although I knew something was wrong.

When we arrived at the coffee shop, I told her to find us a seat while I ordered our drinks. I went up to the barista, and asked for two vanilla lattes. A couple minutes later, he handed them to me, and I went to find our seats.

I gave her a kiss on the cheek, and handed the warm drink to her. "Thanks, Harry."

"Anything for you, my love." I said while giving her a bright smile.

She smiled back at me, and I fell in love with her all over again.

I took a sip of my latte, enjoying the silence between us. It wasn't awkward, it was peaceful.

A few moments passed until I heard her put down her drink. "Harry, I need to tell you something."
