"Ooooo! I'm going to show Ferret the movie we're watching!" Pietro exclaimed as he took a picture and sent it into the group chat when they were five minutes into the movie.
Everyone's phones rang. Even Ashlyn's. Ashlyn realized she must have grabbed the wrong phone when she limped back into her room.
Everyone stared at Ashlyn as Ashlyn had a disappointed face on. She sighed as Tony paused the movie.
"Well... I guess the ferret's out of the bag..." Ashlyn said sadly. Clint laughed, but Pietro ran up to Ashlyn and held out his hand.
Ashlyn grabbed out her phone, unlocked it, and gave it to Pietro. He saw that she was Ferret. He quickly gave Ashlyn back her phone.
"Wait, wait, wait! What's the other number then?" Tony asked as he looked at Ashlyn's phone to confirm she was Ferret.
"That's my spare phone. This is my real phone." Ashlyn stated as Tony handed the phone off to someone else.
Soon everyone saw Ashlyn's phone and saw that Ashlyn was Ferret. No one could believe it. They all had the same question.
"Why'd you keep it a secret? Why didn't you just tell anyone?" Nat asked. She hoped it wasn't because Ashlyn didn't like them.
"What would be the fun in that? Plus, I've known since Bucky walked me here." Ashlyn stated as she looked back at the movie screen.
"You've known for that long?" Bucky asked. Ashlyn looked at him and nodded her head.
"Surprise?" Ashlyn said awkwardly. Pietro and Clint both ran up to her and hugged her.
"Best surprise ever!" Clint exclaimed as he released Ashlyn from the hug.
"Yes! Especially now that I know the full extent of our pranking partner!" Pietro exclaimed as he released Ash from the hug.
"Great..." Tony stated as he walked out of the room and came back in with coffee.
"Hah! Tony, you're never going to hear the end of it!" Bucky and Sam teased.
"Good for you brother." Wanda chuckled at her twin. Nat chuckled with her.
"Am I the only one who is confused?" Bruce asked. Steve agreed with Bruce. He too was confused.
"I'm just stunned." Peter stated. Ashlyn turned to him and smiled. He smiled back.
