The storm

Cathy hears the voice of macs aunt as she and Brady Walk in through the arch way catching the last bit of there talk."what are you doing here I thought you weren't coming her until tomorrow" mack asked confused as her aunt turns and faces her."well you thought wrong we are leaving tomorrow I hope you packed"she says as Grady's eyes go wide hearing this as Cathy hides a grimace.

"Mack what does she mean by leaving tomorrow"Brady asked his girlfriend confused.

Her aunt turns to the siblings confused on who they are."uh this is Brady and his twin sister Cathy"mack introduced them.

Her aunt smiles"Brady. Cathy I am McKenzies aunt I'm sure she told you both all about me"she says as Brady looks confused at the women"mack what does she mean by leaving tomorrow "he says still not understanding as Cathy looks at her twin brother with a look of sympathy. 

"Antoinette welcome home"macks grandfather greetted his daughter as he stand besides the twins.

"Oh hello farther"Antoinette greets her father as she greets him with a kiss on the cheek.

"You know it's always good to have you back here"macks grandfather said as Antoinette hands her coat over to him as she looks around the place seeing a surfboard he was working on."oh I see your still making surf boards."she says with a look before seeing a Pacific board hanging above the archway with a flower design on the tip."oh don't tell me you still have that"she says as a they all look up at the board that was important to mack and her grandfather.

Mack chuckles "still have it? I mean we all grew up with the Legends about the board. It's apart of the family"mack explains to her aunt in slight disbelief.macks grandfather nodded his head "me, your grandfather and his father we each found our destiny on it"he explains while his daughter rolls her eyes as she laughed before turning to her neice"there is only one way to find your destiny McKenzie and that is to work hard for it"she explained to her neice.

Brady was getting annoyed that no one was answering his question"okay all right what does she mean by leaving tomorrow "he asked done more time and Cathy shares a look with mack.

"Brady as of tomorrow my neice will be attending the exclusive, overpriced, and did I mention exclusive dunwich preparatory academy"Antoinette says proudly as Grady felt like his whole world was crashing as mack looks at anywhere but him not being able to take the heart breaking look.

Macks grandfather decided to step in"ah, Antoinette we should talk about this please"as Cathy fills guilt filling up inside her as her brother gives her a look as if asking if she knew about this.

Antoinette walks over to her father "there is nothing to talk about.this has always been the deal."she says giving a farther a pointed look she then turns to her neice."it's that right McKenzie?"she asked her neice.

Mack takes a deep breath"sure it's just um that tomorrow there are these extreme conditions I've been waiting my entire life to surf..."mack explains hoping her aunt would understand but of course she didn't"surf?oh sweetheart your new life begins tomorrow your endless summer has come to an end "she says as she walks up to mack with a smile.

Mack stands there silent for a moment as tears well up in her eyes as she looks over at Brady and Cathy before excusing her self running out side. Brady turns to his sister "did you you know"he asked his twin.

Cathy looks up at him with guilt filled eyes as she trys to come up with an answer before he scoffs and runs after mack leaving his gulf filled sister with the two adults before walking to where her room was when she stays hear some times. She closed the door as tear slowly slide down her face as she slides down to the floor silently crying before everything slowly goes black.

Soon it was the next day as she was sitting out on the sand wearing black jeans shorts with a blue tank top watching other people surf as she was deep in thought she then sees mack running out to the waves. She then noticed how the sky was turning darker as she grew worried before her twin brother runs over.

He was panting "I understand why you didn't tell im sorry for hurting yo and we need to help mack now every surfer has fallen to the waves come on we need to go."he explains franticly as both then grab life.vest as they fasten while running over to the jet ski as Brady gets behind the wheel while Cathy holds on to her brother as they ride out to where mack is who was sitting on her surf board the waves were becoming harsher as they ride forward.

Soon they reach her"mack! Come on! Don't do this!"Grady says worried. Mack shakes her head"no I have to!"mack says with everything in her being.

"Mack please!"Cathy calls out worried.

"Don't do it!"Brady begs as the sky grows darker with each passing moment mack just shakes her head before facing forward as a wave was heading towards them it was a big one. mack is then shown getting ready to stand on her surf board as the sky Cathy and Brady were on rocks side to side just as mack falls off her surfboard into the thrashing waves as Cathy screams when the jet ski tilts over as her and her brother fall into the waves as all three disappear.

Everyone watches from the shore worried when they didn't come up as they surf board is tossed into the water as the wave creased over as the board disappears as the only thing that can be seen is the dark water as everything goes black.
