Chapter Two: Getting Stronger and New Pet

Y/n's Pov:
I decided to take a break from the primordial tests and do a normal dungeon break with me and Jinwoo's new friend, Yoo Jinho, but I call him Jin for short.

They invited me to a raid with nine other people so I agreed to join since I have nothing better to do.

When I arrived within three miles of the gate I could faintly feel the mana waves from of the gate so this dungeon could be a level C or D rank.

Once I showed up a little late but no one seemed to complain so we continued inside the gate as planned, Jinwoo and Jin did want me going all out unless necessary and I agreed seeing as I wasn't about to anyway.

We came across some lesser monsters and I just stomped and kicked some of monster that made there way towards me and Jinwoo.

Then I felt a sinister suspicion around those men we were doing this raid with and my suspicions would be true because after a while of being in that maze of just slaughtering monsters left and right we finally made it to the boss.

Then we were tricked and trapped inside said cave by those men.

(Yeah I did rush that part.😊)

Instead of killing off the monster I wanted to use one of my newer skills which was beast tamer and I was very successful with it because the spider turned into a baby spider and only gets big when I am an immediate danger.

I opened up a portal to put my new spider friend in a safe space pocket then those people came back and tried to play it off as them not leaving us to be food to the boss but we weren't having it and then they tried to kill us but I ended their lives fast and efficiently.

Then I fed the leader of the group to my new spider friend and then we left and Jinwoo created an elaborate lie to cover everything up and me and Jin agreed on the subject.

Then we went our separate ways after being questioned a little more as far as I know that guy, the leader of that group had an older brother.

And if he finds out which we all know he will, so when he does find out I know he'll mostly go after Jinwoo bc nobody will blame a lady in these types of situations.

So I attached an invisible tracker onto Jinwoo so when ever he's in trouble I will know immediately

And I know he can take care of himself perfectly fine I still get worried because who wouldn't he's literally taking the blame for something he didn't even commit.

I went back to doing my tasks at hand which was the primordials tasks and the two I have left are Air and Helios.

I went with Air test since it's the hardest one and might as well get that one out way first it took me a complete month in real time and as soon as I got home Jinwoo was sitting on my couch on his phone.

And he noticed my presence cause I felt his eyes on me as I tiredly walked to my bedroom.

I took a quick shower and changed then walked back in my room and collapsed on my bed fell into a deep slumber not knowing Jinwoo was laying down next to me.

He encased me in his arms and when I had awakened the primordials told me the that 56 human hours had passed and that my little lover stayed with me for half that time.

I groaned too tired to even correct them on what they just said I took another shower then put on some clothes to go out for the day.

I got a text message from Jinwoo to meet him at the bank so I locked up my apartment and headed straight to the bank and when I got there he was just coming out of the building.

He told me that we were needed at his younger sister's school to attend a parent/teacher meeting he wanted me to go with him.

So I tossed him my keys and told him to drive which he gladly took, as we arrived Jinwoo got out first then came around to my side and opened the car door before helping me out like a gentleman.

All eyes were on us, especially Jinah when she ran up to me and gave me a hug, I hugged her back and we talk a little before heading inside.

Man, I remember my school days like it was yesterday now Jinwoo didn't have as much as a blast as I did but it was still fun as hell.

I stayed outside with Jinah and her friends while her brother went to go talk to her teacher, Jinah's asked me all types of questions that ranged from am I a model/hunter to Is Jinah's brother my boyfriend.

Before I answered I felt an arm snake around my waist then those girls started fangirling when they saw Jinwoo do what he did, Jinah got mad because we were making a scene so she rushed us out.

"Take your lovey dovey affections somewhere else", she said and I laughed a little before giving her a hug as a goodbye.

"Where else are we going cause you look even more stoic then you usually do?"

I asked him he told me to relax and just ride along with him so we did until he stopped the car in front of a very familiar building.

It was the Evaluation Center for Rankers, ECR for short.

I saw people in front of the building as if they were expecting our arrival and those people looked highly familiar. I took a closer look and it was Bark Yoonho of the White Tiger Guild and Choi Jong-in of the Hunters Guild.

H-how did he befriend or become associated with two very famous guild masters.

I didn't even know my mouth was slightly agaped until Jinwoo kissed me which also caught me by surprise by I got over it and kissed him back.

(Before you even ask no you are not dating him it just happens from time to time.)

Then he helped me out of the car then we walked through a sea of paparazzi well more like they made way for us. Then I saw Mr.Gunhee or Grandpa Gun is what I like to call him, he's a close family friend.

He welcomed us inside and the two guild masters stepped outta the way so we could get through the doors. We followed him to a large reflective glass box that opened up to be an elevator then we stepped inside.

"Since I know those machines upstairs will not work on you two we'll be trying the machines they use for national rankers"

So I'll stopping it right here. Sorry I've been busy with mainly community college more than my own job.
