After a long and intense meeting, Aarushi finally made her way back home, her mind still racing with the weighty decisions discussed.

As she entered the house, she couldn't help but notice her dad, Mr. Aman Pratap Verma, waiting for her in the hall. He seemed a bit worried about something.

As she got closer to him, she felt a bit nervous and asked him what was going on. But before she could finish, her mother entered the room, placing a handful of photographs of young men on the table.

Aarushi's irritation grew as she realized what was happening - her family's attempt at matchmaking, a recurring theme over the past few years.

Her frustration showed in her voice as she said, "Not again, Mom." She was tired of this routine – looking at pictures, saying no to matches.

Her mom didn't give up though. She said, "Aarushi, dear, your independence was well and good before. But now, as the CEO of our business and the founder of a thriving construction company, it's time to consider settling down."

She gave Aarushi a week to decide, her words carrying a sense of finality as she left the room.

Aarushi's father sighed, moving closer to her. "Arohi is just worried about you," he confided, his voice tinged with understanding. Aarushi nodded, appreciating his attempt at mediation.

Gathering herself, Aarushi shared her plans with her father. She explained that she needed to visit her construction site to address some pressing issues and to catch up with her friend Prathibha, who was on a shoot in Uttarakhand.

Her father's response took her by surprise. "I've always supported your decisions, Aarushi, but this time, I agree with your mom." He took a deep breath before continuing, "You have a week to either consider one of these matches or find someone you truly connect with, if such a person exists."

Aarushi couldn't believe it. "Even you, Dad? Are you siding with mom?" Her dad looked serious and said," Yes, I am. Aarushi, marriage is a significant step, and we want what's best for you. If you don't find anyone you like, we have someone in mind."

Aarushi's mind was spinning. "Who, Dad? Who could you possibly be thinking of?"

He looked at her kindly and said, "Dr. Bhoomi Singhal's son."

Aarushi's mind raced, Bhoomi aunty – her mother's close friend from school? The idea seemed surreal. Aarushi managed to stutter, "Wait, Dad, you mean... Bhoomi aunty's son?"

He nodded, the seriousness in his eyes unwavering. "Yes, sweetheart. We believe he could be a good match. But let's discuss this later. You have a journey ahead, so pack your things."

Aarushi was trying to understand this new situation. Her dad's unexpected support and this new suggestion left her wondering.

As she thought about her upcoming visit to the construction site and seeing her friend Prathibha, she knew that this journey was about more than just building things – it was about making choices that could change her life in ways she hadn't expected.
