Tommy was one to mess with technology a lot when he was younger, he grew up in snowchester which really wasn't far away from L'Manburg because of this, it wasn't that popular of a city L'Manburg on the other hand was amazing! (At least to the outside communities)
but because his roommates/best friends found out he had powers, and they would only ever talked when they needed something from him that would use his powers of his intelligence in technology. After tommy lashed out, the friendship was heavily destroyed and tommy had move to L'Manburg, only for him to be put all the way in the worst district, he was in district 12!!
he lives here in Tnret apartments, it was a shit hole in there honestly, but now with tommy being by himself he finds it a lot different than what he thought it would be.
Everything was drastically different here, in L'Manburg
in snowchester there were tons of people with powers! All working different jobs! If there was a criminal around? It would be handled by the cops.
But heros? Villains? Vigilantes? Thats a bit to much in tommys opinion.
Now, lets see what will happen when a disaster happens leaving him with only one choice.
