It has been a Week since the Formation of the Settlement, it has now effectively became a large City in a relatively fast pace that even beat those of the Eastern Empire's Record of building a City 

The whole reason for this fast pace, is because of the Strong Coordination of both Monster and Dwarves that has decided to worked together to make the City, which is relatively easy, since the Monsters are completely obedient to Elysia, and with her placing the Architects as the Leader of this Operation, they just quickly accepted it without any problems at all, which worked out well with the Dwarves working with them like any other Race

With the Monsters Extremely Powerful Physical Might, and with the Skills of the Dwarves, they were able to quickly make it into a fully functioning City as well, and with the Large Farms that are regularly maintained by the Elementals and Monsters that has became Farmers as well, the Food Problems of the Monster vanished with them being very much solved which has cause them to no longer need to hunt and gather food from the Forest as well

And add to the fact that the whole City is protected by a Barrier of her Design also adds to the Security of the City

Of course, despite the week of building though, the entire City is still not complete, with it only being about 40% complete, with the Castle also not being done as well, since it needs quite a bit of resources to be able to built as well

And so currently, Elysia was currently in one of her relaxation spots, which is just atop of a tree, with Velzard resting on top of her, while Ramiris was near them wanting to watched over the duo so that the 2 of them wouldn't do anything reckless, and besides her is Diablo, who decided to be near his Nee-sama and Sister-In-Law

" Elysia, with our current pace we should be able to complete everything in about half a year from now " Ramiris said to Elysia, while reading a piece of paper that acquired her attention 

To this Elysia only hummed while rubbing her little dragon's head, causing her to hugged her tighter, not wanting to be separated from her beloved 

" Then there's also Population Issues as well, we need to Increased our Population as well " Ramiris addressed the Population Issue, which is a big Issue, since there Population hasn't have much of an Increased 

Other than the Elves from Sarion coming and joining them, not much of an Increased has started, of course this isn't cause for much concern though, since there are still new and are very much isolated as well in the Great Jura Forest, which is a Monster Infested Forest 

To the Normal Individuals, this Forest is the worst place to make a Kingdom or just a City in, but because of Elysia herself owned the vast Forest, and with her vast and Immense Power, she is able to easily acquire every Monster Race living in the Forest whenever she wished, so she didn't really care about the Population, especially since she is sure that she would be able to easily answer it in the future 

" As for Testarossa, she has currently made a great Information Networked with her Daemons, with her currently gathering as much Information as possible to be sent next week " Diablo reported as well 

" Hmm.. Is the Road to Dwargon being made smoothly " Elysia asked Ramiris, who only hummed 

" Not particularly, the Road to Dwargon is currently being planned, but because of the Distances and the amount of Resources to built such a Road with our own little man power, it would be difficult to complete it in a relatively short amount of time "

Diablo hearing this couldn't helped but asked " Then, why not used Magic? If we used Magic then we should be able to clear out the way and build the Road much faster and more efficient? " He asked both Ramiris and his Nee-sama for there Wisdom, wanting to know the reason why they haven't used Magic to sort there problems
