"What was down there?"
"I...oh god, I found Amber, Amber White. What was left of her, fuck..."
"You found Amber White's body?"
"Her head, her fucking head. She...Crystal survived the fall and buried her and then dug her back up. That's...that's all I know, but Crystal was alive down there. No one found her in time."
"Can you tell us anything about the stranger?"
"Yeah, he gave me a bag of flares and I used them to save my life. He saved all of us by telling us how to deal with these creatures, and...I wish I'd thanked him before they got him...
"Did you find Kyle? Is he okay?"
"He's being questioned."
"But he's alive?"
"Yes."
"Oh thank god...he tried to save me, we went to the radio tower to call for help and it collapsed. I was holding on for dear life and I...I told him to leave me, and he didn't until the last second. I couldn't tell if he made it to safety or not."

"At that point, we didn't know how it spreaded or how you could become one of them. And I don't think I would've actually done it in the first place, but Kylie stood between us and made me stop. Henrietta's still alive, so is Kylie, so is Marjorine, that's all I care about."
"What about Jason White?"
"...he was still alive the last time I saw him, okay? Kylie had climbed up the cliff wall to get back to the others, and I was going the long way back with Jason. We were going through the water and...one of those things, Wendigo, grabbed him and dragged him off. But he said Crystal, so...I think it was his sister."
"You think it was Crystal White?"
"Yes and no. She's...she's not human anymore, I don't know if she even counts as alive. When the cabin exploded, she was in there, her Wendigo self. She's fully dead now, and Jason...he might become one of them too."
"So Jason is still alive?"
"He's down in the mines, but whether he's alive or not? I couldn't tell you."
"And...is it true you brought a wolf with you when you were taken off the mountain?"
"I rescued him from the asylum, he would've died up there if I left him. His name's Wolfie, he's harmless."

[ Kyle ]
"Hen told me to leave, to get to safety so I could get back to the lodge and find Kylie. I should've went with Stacy and Erica, but letting Hen go off alone wasn't an option and she was insistent we had to get help. What happened wasn't her fault, but...I really thought she was dead."
"You said something dragged you through the mine?"
"Something grabbed me, but I shot it with a flare and it ran off. I was on my own for a while after that, then I found Marjorine. She was somehow still alive, and I helped her out of there."
"And you didn't see what grabbed you?"
"No, but I knew it was some sort of weird creature. I got a better look at them when they tried to attack us, but that's it. We were away from the lodge most of the night, all we knew was that Jason was apparently dead."
