Ch.4 All For Nothing

Nobody's POV:

It was Stan and Kyle's first time seeing each other after they kissed. Kyle had spent most of the night panicking, where as Stan thought nothing of it.

They were all stood at the bus stop, only Kenny and Cartman Talking
"Whats wrong with you 2? Did you guys break up" Cartman laughed, pointing at them
"Fuck off, fatass!" Kyle spat, rolling his eyes
"We were never together in the first place you asshole." Stan glared at Cartman, pissed off by him.

It was the middle of  3rd Period, Stan and Kyle were sat next to eachother.
"Hey, Stan?" Kyle whispered, tapping Stan's shoulder
"Ye dude?" Stan looked over at Kyle, raising an eyebrow
"Can we talk at lunch behind school?" Kyle whispered, which Stan nodded to, earning a smile from Kyle.

Kyle's POV:

I was waiting behind the school for Stan at lunch, smiling when he arrived
"Hey Stan!"
"Hey Ky, what did you wanna talk about?" Stan asked curiously, leaning against the school gates
I sighed as i thought for a second,
"What.." i hesitated
"What are we, Stan?" I looked at him, smiling softly
"We're Sbf's of course !" Stan smiled at me, but my smile faded, it felt like my heart had shattered into a million pieces. Was the kiss...
All for nothing?
I stood there frozen, as my vision became blurry, all i saw was Stan trying to get my attention, calling my name, but i couldn't move
"Kyle!"

I suddenly snapped into reality, realising i had been crying, my cheeks wet from the tears
"Are you okay dude?.." Stan looked at me worried
"Y-yeah, i have to go, bye!" I ran off into school trying to find Kenny, since he was the only other normal person.

Kenny's POV:

I was stood talking to Butters when i saw Kyle run up to me
"Kyle? You okay? Why are you crying?"
I spoke as Kyle leaned against the lockers, panting from running, speaking after he caught his breath
"Please don't tell Cartman this.. but me and Stan kinda kissed the other day, and i asked him what we were and he friend zoned me completely.. now i don't know what to do.."
I looked at him, smirking
"Cartman owes me so much money- oh!- sorry, anyways, i think you should invite him to your house after school and maybe tell him you wanna be more than friends?"
Kyle sighed, face palming
"I guess.. but i don't even know if he like the kiss, or what if he felt pressured into doing it?!"
"Kyle, calm down" I put my hand on his shoulder before continuing,
"Just talk to him, communication is key in relationships, okay? And if it doesn't work out I'm sure he'll stay your friend, you guys are sbf's! Nothing can separate you 2!"
Kyle smiled at me and i smiled back
"Heh, okay, thanks alot Ken, i knew you'd be the right person for this. Honestly you should give yourself some of your own advice and ask butters out" Kyle whispered the last part to me, winking, causing me to blush
"Yeah yeah whatever" I said looking away
"Now go get your man before Wendy gets him back!" I said, which Kyle nodded to, running off.
