"How would I not understand this? If your explanation was so clear!?" I said with mixed emotions and then I felt someone entered the room and suddenly injected me a substance that could make me sleep.

"Sky are you alright?" I heard someone ask me and I was kinda happy hearing someone ask that question after a few years until I saw Ryan and I rolled my eyes at him kasi I can't believe na gagawin nila dad yun sa akin at bakit si Ryan ulit ang inutusan nila para ilayo ako sakanila!? "Where are we" tanong ko. "We are at an island resort. Your Father told me that he will let you free for a few months but kailangan mo parin mag work for the Mafia as a reaper nor a negotiator".

I rolled my eyes as he spoke "Just tell them to cut of the divorce!". Lumuhod sya sa harap ko at nagsalita "Sorry I can't do anything about that. They already signed the papers". I punched him at the head ng hindi masyadong malakas out of anger.

"Why didn't you stop them for doing so?? You probably had a chance to stop them but why didn't you!?" I yelled at him while tears kept on falling slowly from my eyes.

"No one would stop a Mafia boss for doing that, because if they do there's a big chance na hindi na sila masisikatan pa nang araw and I still want to live for my mommy and it was never my business to take care of in the first place! Though look at the other side you will be free for some months and your Mother probably has a good reason to do that to you isa pa, stop being violent whenever you feel angry or disappointed. That isn't a good habit." Sabi niya habang hindi inaalis ang tingin sa mata ko.

I woke up at nung idinilat ko ang mata ko ay napansin kong nasa ospital ako dahil ang puti at ang linis nang kapaligiran and I feel like nanghihina ako.

"Are you alright Skylin?" Xian asked while Ryan called a Doctor to inform that I'm awake already.

"Yes I'm fine but I feel weak but can you tell me what mess did you got yourself into? " He sighed and frowned "Alright sasabihin ko sa'yo mamaya." He said and left when thw Doctor and nurses entered the room.

After some time, Xian came inside the room again to tell me what happened. "I befriended that person who pointed a gun at me because he looks cool and I was planning to invite him to a party that my friend hosted but he said na busy sya so he can't come to the party but I installed a tracker on his car and when I arrived here...He pointed a gun at me..Papatayin nya sana ako but you were there." Aniya.

"It's so idiotic for you to jump in that situation! Ako naman ang at fault so I should've been the one at that bed right now instead of you." Dagdag pa nito.

"I thought you were smart Xian but I didn't regret to save you from your death since the gun was pointing to your heart"

"Yeah- yeah thank you but I'm so sleepy right now, hindi kasi ako nakatulog yesterday and today because of what happened and because I was playing Fortnite so can I sleep beside you?" Tanong niya

"Ugh what do I expect from you maski naman nung pasukan pa you always fell asleep in the middle of the class due to playing Dota and Fortnite but sure you can sleep beside me dyan sa upuan" sagot ko sakanya.

Ryan Shayne's POV:

I don't hate Xian since it's Father's fault na nasira ang pamilya namin and he didn't hate me too but I don't trust him anymore by what he did today. Perhaps Trust is earned Not Given.

I was sitting inside the hospital room of Skylin while Xian was sleeping on the chair next to her and I don't know why I feel like I should wake him up and let him sleep on the couch that I was sitting on.

Carmilla Skylin Vance's POV:

Sya nanaman!? I thought our engagement was called off months ago dahil sa kayabangan nya!?

"Hello my future wife-to-be " Sabi nito habang naka million dollar smirk.

I rolled my eyes ang gaved him a deadly glare " We were cancelled remember?"

"Yes we were but your Father changed his mind! The wedding must go on my Fiancè" Napalingon kaming lahat kay Zed with a confused face.

"Weh? Di nga?" Tanong ni Ryan
