To start off, most of us know the ship Lesharold. [LESHAWNA X HAROLD]
I'm one of the few who have grown to hate it. Not dislike, but HATE.
There are multiple reasons as to why I don't like this ship. Like, around 2 reasons.
The random hookup in season 1 didn't sit right. Automatically giving them a romantic interest is just-
Ick.
There's also a point as to why I truly do hate this ship.

Now, let's talk about Leshawna before we get more into this.
Leshawna is a fan favorite. Everyone loves her, never met a person who hasn't. I think what we fail to recognize is that she's a walking stereotype.
"But, Jaylin, the whole shows full of stereotypes!"
Yeah. Stereotypes. Leshawna is a racial stereotype. There's a major difference.
Now, what's the difference?
Leshawna is set to be the big black girl always causing up drama (at least that's how I interpreted it.) While yes, she may be funny, it's racism that made her character so likeable. At the end of the day, she's offensive to the black community, to my community.
The misogyny in Total Drama is a problem. I'll say that. So is the diversity.
