Tori and Alexis were finally done packing and we're on the way to the airport.
They were moving out of Houston , Texas.
Moving to Brooklyn , New York.
They two girls decided it was time for a change since so much had happened in their birthplace.
Alexis had lost her little brother to a house fire two years ago , a month before her birthday.
Tori had lost her mother due to brain damage in a car accident when she was 12.
So they thought moving away would help them recover from the trauma.
New beginnings was all they could think about , starting over in a new city.
On the way to the airport they were silent.
Tori was driving and Alexis was on her phone.
Once they had arrived they checked in , went through security , and waited for the plane to start boarding.
Now on the plane the two girls sat next to each other.
Tori was sitting by the window seat since Alexis decided to take a nap until they landed.
Three hours and forty minutes later they landed in New York.
Grabbing their bags from overhead , exiting the plane , then navigating their way out the airport.
They waited for their uber to the hotel they would be staying in for the night since they didn't have cars yet.
They arrived to the hotel and got checked into a room.
Taking showers and getting ready for bed all they could think about was going to their new house they had got built prior to moving.
They got into separate beds and went to sleep excited for the morning.
It was now daytime , they got dressed and ready to leave getting in another uber to go pick up their cars they had purchased a month ago before leaving Houston.
Pulling up , they got out and made their way into the building to fill out any paperwork that was required.
