Freddy is the "leader" of the animatronic band and is also a wild card. While he isn't dangerous until Night 5, keep an eye on him. He will turn off the lights in any rooms he's been in/is in. His eyes will be glowing though, so there's the giveaway. But if you don,t keep tabs on him, he can get inside and scare the sh*t out of you. Freddy himself is the failure state for running out of power. If you think he's inside, play dead and keep still.
And that's the easy part. Later on, he can mess you up. He becomes more agressive and moves more often. Don't keep the doors closed for too long either, or he will get you. When looking at the cameras, you'll sometimes hear demonic laughter. That's his sound cue, but it does not always trigger.
Basically, keep watching him. That keeps him at bay.
