Chapter 7: Hunt

We made our way through the forest and went back to the original place we met.

Naruto was tied to a pole and the two whom I helped, and I threw all three bells at them, which got the same priceless expression

"Keira! You'll fail!" Naruto and Sakura shouted at me

"Shut up, I don't need anyone to tell me what to do." I state matter-of-factly (Although, i could say it a bit nicely)

While Sasuke just stare grimly at me. (Oh how nice, after i let you pass)

After all my hard-work , we got a lecture and said that we're just brats, I couldn't apprehend it has I didn't had a chance to be a 'brat', the duck-butt was really offended as he mutter, "I need to kill him"

' Itachi Uchiha.' Ookami said suddenly as i reminded myself to ask her again later.

Kakashi suddenly said that I was the only one who was willing to think of teamwork and even if I couldn't encourage them to work together, I was willing to fail and do everything to help the team pass. I got a few insults but I kept silent, not wanting him to say what I had done, I sigh as he gave the team second chances and told us not to feed Naruto-san while I had to talk to Kakashi for a bit

"I was going to feed Naruto-san" I state clearly after he raised my name up, "I know, but they need to pass by themselves," We see Sasuke giving food to the growling Naruto and it was quite fun to watch.

After he was done complimenting and passed the rest, everyone retired, forgetting to untie Naruto, I smirk and throw one of my kunai 's at my back, knowing it will never miss, I never even use my chakra.

" Yes! I'm Free!" Was the only thing I heard before he sprinted off, quite slowly to me, to his favorite ramen shop, inviting everyone, except me , well I can understand that.

It was still morning,

'You should go too' Ookami spoke

'Nope, I want to go hunting with you'

'It has been a long time since hunting them?'

'Rouge ninja' I agreed

I turn back to the training grounds, it was connected to the outside and we didn't want to go through the big-ass gate and announce what we are doing to the guards.

we bathed in blood, a group of 5 was running on the trees, rouge criminals.With the materialized ookami beside me, we hunted quite a lot of groups, their windpipe was immediately cut off, thus their dirty blood stained across my right face and ookami's fur was of blood. I had to wipe off the blood from my katana with the wrapping bandage.

We were smiling the whole way, nobody to stop us, our thirst for blood becomes ever stronger, well staying in a peaceful village does that to you, we've more comfort living in the forest.

I slashed one of the opponents after another within a second and they couldn't react fast enough to do anything before their heads were cut off. That's where they utter their last words, 'Red Blood'. While Ookami was named , 'beast' by our victim and she was really laughing.

We killed the last prey, actually, ookami stole it from me, they actually tried to resist, but I my elements were better and stronger, it completely devoured them, I even took off my eye patch , not to make it dirty, I used my eye on some people, they gave a totally insane look before they even burn, it was a fantastic sight, even the one in the arena back then, kept his sanity but died.

'It was a good hunt.' ookami spoke

'Yea, but we didn't even leave any for ace,' I smirk

'That is because he doesn't hunt, he kills his opponents officially'

'Yup, you know his character, shall we head back?'

'Yes, but before that, you should at least clean up by the river' ookami advised.

I agreed but the river water couldn't wash up my shirt and my face still was stained in some of the blood, it was thick, ookami just washed himself in the river, bathing himself in it before going back to my head.

It was late evening, the moon couldn't be seen but it was dark.

I washed up my katana and summoned ace,

"My Lady! You're on hunt with that ookami again?"

"Hahaha, it was refreshing"

"Your team wouldn't agree on it"

" Hahaha they're not my boss, anyway, I haven't been on a hunt since I was at the woods"

"Lady, do you want a ride home?" Ace suggests.

I nod and get on him, he was strict but he was just kind to me, he's loyal too, when I got their blood stained on me, he doesn't like it and he'd make his victim headless in a second later than my speed.

My wolves can talk our language but we usually speak in the Ookami ancient language, they taught me to speak it though, thus, people would think I'm nuts to talk to my wolves in a different language and I usually mentally chat with them, it was quite easy, they had the red dragon tattoo too, thus we can speak mentally.
