It was 7:45 am, I woke to to the sun beaming in and the birds chirping. I took a second to admire it before it was all ruined by my foster mom. "WAKE UP" she yelled pulling the cover off of me. "You have 5 minutes to be downstairs or i know something" I shook my head knowing she does this everyday. "Ok damn" i said as she was walking out.

When she left i quickly got up and went to the bathroom to brush my teeth and get ready for the day, Once i was done i pick out a fit for school and went downstairs.

Once i made it down and to the kitchen i was met with a slap to the face, "didn't i say be down here in 5 minutes?" She said getting closer to my face. "So why are you a minute late, huh" she said gripping on to my shirt. "Sorry" was all i could say and she let go of me.

I left out of the house forgetting about breakfast. 'ruined my whole mood before the day could start' i said to myself and called my bsf Julian. " hello" i said once he answered, "wsp gang" he retorted "come pick me up nigga" "damn you aint gon ask you just gon demand, ight thats how it is im omw bru"he said before hanging up.

About 5 minutes or so later Julian pulled up, I hopped in the car and dapped him up "wsg gang" i said . Julian pulled of and drove us to school, the ride was mostly a comfortable silence.

Once we got to school we walked to our usual spot where we would meet the rest of the group which was E'moni and Latrell. I dapped up trell before hugging moni.  "Yall trynna slide to this kickback party that kendrick throwin tonight?" Trell asked, "fashoo" JuJu said along with Moni. "What about you Star?" Trell asked me. Im not really much of a outside person but id rather be outside then having to deal with my foster moms bullshit so i said ill go. We all talk some more before parting ways to go to our first classes. Me and Trell walked together since we had the same class.

It was now lunch time and me and the gang was walking to the cafeteria before we were stopped by my DELUSIONAL ass ex, "babyy" she called me and pulled my arm to come to her, "what the fuck u want bru" " thats no way to talk to your lover" she said "your not my lover your delusional as fuck bru like what do you want" i said getting fed up "you know what i wantt" she said leaning up to try and kiss me" i pushed her back " bru chill wit that shii WE is not together nomo it was 4 months ago Bree like damn" i said before walking into the lunch room and to the table the group was at. I sat down and Juju asked "what was all that about" " nun bru she just delulu asf and wont leave me alone" i said, he laughed and shook his head.

As lunch when on, i couldn't help but to keep looking over at my old bestie, we stopped being friends because bree basiaclly pushed her away by always starting shit with her and even tried to fight her because she though she liked me. A'Ziyah was beautiful and though i was with bree at the time i maybe did like her also but we never said anything about it. E'moni noticed me looking at her and said " you suree is lookin hard" "shut yo big head ass up" i said back trell and juju busted put laughing " ntm on mee i was just gonna say maybe you should go talk to her since u and bree are done" now that might not be a bad idea because we talked a little through social media but not really "you right i prolly should" i said before getting up and walking to the table her and her bsf tokyo were sitting at, i sat down and she look at me "hey" she said " imma go um to my locker real quick before next period" he said before scurrying off, "so um how you been" i asked looking down "ive been good what about you "ive been good" i said before continuing with " hey yk im sorry for what Bree did and that it had to mess up our relationship and i know we haven't really talked but i miss you and the relationship we had" i said truthfully. Before bree we were friends since elementary, i don't know why i let bree fuck everything up. I looked at her trying to read her to see what she was going to say "i miss it too but i cant deal with Bree im sorry" " you wont have to i been broke up with her" i said " hmm dont seem like it frm how yall were before lunch" " oh so u be watchin me huh" i said, she looked away covering her smile "noo i was just walking past" she said " yea okk, but nah she on her delulu shii trynna get back wit me im not goin bck wit dat girl imma get a restraining order on her ass" i said and we busted out laughing. " shii well lunch bout to end  are u going to the kickback later tonight?" " maybe idk yet" " well you should give me your number and if you decide to go, we can pick u up and we all go together?" I said hoping she was cool with it " hmm is it for the party or you just want my numberr? "Maybe both" i said as she put her number in my phone and handed it back"ight Ziyah i hope to see you later" i said as she stood to hug me before i walked back my my table " ouuu" trell said "star gotta new baee" juju said, all i could do was laugh "nah we just friends again" i said still laughing "hm by the way u had her laughing and shii ion knoo" Moni said . I just grinned and shook my head getting up and heading to my next class.
