Fighting for Chase

Zoey and Chase were by themselves in Chase's room, and Chase had finally confessed his feelings for Zoey. She was able to return the same feelings for him. The two of them couldn't be happier.

"Zoey, I've loved you for so long."

"I always kinda suspected that you did, but I wanted to be sure before I told you how I felt."

The two kept confessing. They both smiled as they leaned into each other and their lips landed on each other's. Their kiss was soft and passionate, and Chase was gentle with Zoey as he sweetly put his hand on the nape of her neck. Their mouths moved against each other rhythmically, their tongues almost getting involved. Suddenly, Zoey's phone went off, interrupting their kissing.

"Damn, I gotta go to class."

Zoey said, standing from the couch. Chase made subtle pouty lips and sad eyes at his girlfriend.

"Don't give me that face."

Zoey said, knowing she liked it. Chase grabbed her hand and pulled her back close to him, not wanting her to go to class.

"Baby..."

Zoey said, smiling.

"Can't you skip class today?"

Chase asked, knowing she couldn't.

"No, I wish I could."

"Fine. One more kiss though?"

Chase asked.

"Of course."

Zoey leaned over, making her lips meet Chase's as they kissed one last time before she had to leave for class.

"Okay, I gotta go. See ya after."

Zoey said as she went out the door.

As Zoey headed to class, she ran into someone she definitely didn't care for.

"So, I hear you and Chase are dating now."

Zoey heard the voice and turned to see Rebecca. She was the last person she wanted to see.

"You heard right. What's it to you?"

Zoey replied.

"You never had feelings for him, so why are you dating him?"

"That just shows how much you don't know. I've always had feelings for Chase. I just kept them to myself."

Zoey defended.

"Well, you better lose them, because I do plan to take Chase back."

Rebecca said, putting her hand on her hip. Zoey's eyebrows raised.

"Bold of you to assume that he'd even take you back. Either way, he's my boyfriend, so screw off."

Suddenly, there was a ringed fist coming at Zoey's face. She fell to the ground as it made contact with her eye. Rebecca had punched Zoey and then kicked her in the ribs while she was down.

"Augh!"

Zoey let out as she struggled to stand up and Rebecca walked off, leaving Zoey on the ground.

After class, Zoey went back to Chase's dorm and knocked on the door. Logan opened it while Chase and Michael were playing a video game.

"Wha- whoa! What happened to your face?"

Logan asked, seeing Zoey with a black eye. Chase looked up to see what Logan was talking about and saw his girlfriend with a black eye.
