For those new to my work: welcome! I'm so happy you decided to give my story a chance, and I really hope you like it and take interest in one of my other stories here on Wattpad.

For those who have read my work before: welcome back!

 
For those who are new here, this is now my third fanfic here on Wattpad, the first being a completed Bill Weasley story (Say You Won't Let Go) and the second being a work in progress Charlie Weasley story (Playing with Fire), and I have many more currently in my drafts that I can't wait to finally share soon. Basically, it seems like I'm working through these Weasley boys, so I decided to give Fred a shot!

That being said, I will say that this book is part of the Say You Won't Let Go universe. If you have no interest in reading a nearly 100 chapter Bill Weasley fic written during quarantine, no worries! While there are several changes, specifically with characters and relationships, it will not tie into the other books so heavily that you have to read them together. This book takes place after the Battle of Hogwarts, which is where Say You Won't Go ends and Until We're Grey and Old (the sequel) begins. There will be mentions of characters and situations from the other books, as this one will also be referenced in Until We're Grey and Old, but it shouldn't be too hard to follow.

What are these changes? Well, if you do plan to read Say You Won't Let Go, definitely read that first to avoid spoilers (if you care that much). You have been warned:

Here is a brief overview of differences or background info to not be caught by surprise in this book:

-Fred survived the war (obviously)

-Sirius, Remus, and Tonks are also alive

-Glee (iykyk)

-Bill marries the main OC of Say You Won't Let Go, Isabelle, instead of Fleur, and has a daughter named Lyra and an adopted teenager named Eleanor. Fleur is in a relationship with one of Isabelle's muggle brothers, Daniel.

The rest are much more minor "after the battle" things that will be touched on within the story.

Here are also some answers to some FAQs that I usually anticipate:
*How often do you update?
I don't have a schedule and things can be hard with work, college, personal issues, relationships, etc, but I try to keep up as long as I still feel passionate about it!

*How long will it be?
I hope for it to be shorter than SYWLG, so maybe around 50 chapters

*How long are chapters?
Usually the first few are short but I try to have a goal of a minimum of 3k words. Many usually are between 4k and 10k, though.

*Are you going to abandon this one like you did Playing with Fire?
I hope not! And I hope to keep working on that one, too, but I honestly have severe writers block with that book.

*Will there be smut?
Of course!
