𝑰𝑻 𝑾𝑨𝑺 𝑻𝑯𝑬 𝑫𝑨𝒀 𝑶𝑭 𝑬𝑳𝑬𝑨𝑵𝑶𝑹 𝑾𝑨𝑳𝑫𝑶𝑹𝑭'𝑺 𝑷𝑨𝑹𝑻𝒀, of course Nicola and her brother were invited, due to their social status. Nicola didn't mind going to such prestigious parties and acting all high and mighty, she quite enjoyed the events. It made her feel important to be seen as someone of high-class.
She was mainly glad to attend the party as her best friend, Blair Waldorf, was the daughter of the woman hosting. Ever since Harold left Eleanor for a male-model who worked for the woman, Blair had been spending more and more time with Nicola.
The Bass girl wasn't the best for advice, but she was great for company. She could make anything feel like it was a simple bump along the way in life, Nicola brought the best out in everyone.
Then there was their other friend, Serena van der Woodsen who had left just under a year ago, and the reason was unknown to all except, Nicola. She knew the real reason why the blonde abruptly left, and of course kept her promise to keep her lips shut unless needed.
