The Lilly of the valley, caused love.

A New Friendship {Chapter 1}

*Yawn* "What a beautiful morning... Its so beautiful outside as the Lilly's of the valley glimmer in the morning sun!" *The kind Hatsumi wanders to the kitchen and starts to cook some food* "I need to help Aoi today." *She thinks to herself* Who knew that those 4 boys would get so beat up! I hope there not too hurt.*As she finishes cooking the food she lays out 2 plates. On one is a small portion of food, and on the other is a normal portion* "Mmmm!"*Hatsumi eats the food and wraps up the small portion*

         *The girl arrives at the butterfly mansion and goes to a room with the Serpent Hashira in it* "Morning Obanai-San. I made you some food. You got messed up in your last fight huh.." *Obanai thanks her for the food* "Yea I did, I'll be better soon though." *He doesn't eat the food right a way and instead talks to Hatsumi* "You seem to be getting better at talking with people, im still shocked you survived that torture you went through as a kid." *Obanai says this with his normal voice, no concerning his tone,nothing. Hatsumi answers him* "Well my father was a horrid man, you took me in. So im getting better each day not having to worry about the abuse I was put through."

          *Obanai and Hatsumi chat for a little. they shared a smilier past of being betrayed and hated by family. Obanai took Hatsumi in and took care of her as a little sister. Although Hatsumi seemed quite uncomfortable around men still. She was able to talk and have conversations with them so she has made progress on undoing all the trauma she went through.*

"I'll leave so you can eat. Have a good day!  "*Hatsumi leaves the room and finds Aoi* "Hello? Aoiiiii!" *Hatsumi calls out as she wanders, eventually she finds Aoi scolding Zenitsu and Inosuke for stealing food as Tanjiro and a boy shes never seen before sleep in their beds.* "hmm I wonder who that is..? Hello Aoi, do you need help with anything?" *Aoi looks at Hatsumi* "Yes I do! Get the medicine for Tanjiro and Genya!  Let me deal with these 2 who are stealing food again!!!"

*Hatsumi follows Aois' request and gets there medicine* "Oh what a odd side effect? The medicine will make the person loopy for a few minutes before they sleep. How weird... Well this one is for the boy with the Mohawk. As for Tanjiro you need just some water with a medication with minimal side effects. Ok that's simple enough! *Hatsumi grabs the medicine trays and is walking back, she sees Tanjiro woke up* Here ya go Tanjiro, and here this one is for you. *She hands the meds to each of them smiling at Genya* What's your name? I've never seen you around here. Im Hatsumi Ueno. Please call me Hatsumi... *She trails off as she sees Genya going red, she didnt know what to do so she just handed him the meds and let him take it as she steps back* U-um here... *she gets very nervous standing there. Genya gets flustered around girls and thought Hatsumi was quite pretty, (almost like how he ignored mitsuri at the hot spring).

Genya can barely mutter a thanks from him getting so flustered* "T-th.... Thanks..."*he looks away in embarrassment all red from a mix of embarrassment and being flustered by her beauty* Its alright, are you ok? Your turning red and are sweating. Do you have a fever? *she puts her and on his forehead softly, being careful. Genya flinches.* "Oh did I scare you? Im sorry."*genya reply's fast and quietly* "....its fine dont worry about it..." *Aoi walks back in and takes over as Hatsumi prepares food for the all the patients lunch. Once she finishes she goes out side by the garden.*

*Watering the Lilly's of the Valley.* "These are are so beautiful... I wish I could make them last all year..." *She smiles as she gardens, she thinks of the days events. How so much happened today, how cooking was fun, how she helped Obanai, how she met Genya, that part was odd. She still enjoyed the day*  "My birthday is coming up, I forgot about that. Well I don't want to much, just to hangout with Aoi and Kanao.  I hope they're having a good day." *she ponders about different things for a good few hours.* "...? Who's there?." *She spins around and she sees Genya a little loopy from the meds, all though their wearing off.*

           *Genya walks over slowly so he can keep his balance. He wants to talk to Hatsumi.* Hi, Hatsumi right? I'm Genya.. *His voice seems a little shaky and not very confident, but still sincere.* Hi Genya! And yea my name is Hatsumi. What are you doing out here? *Genya looks to the side in a little bit of embarrassment, he's noticed Hatsumi around the mansion for about a week. He thinks she's super pretty and admires how kind and patient she is. He wanted to talk to her and get to know her, but he wanted a excuse to be walking around." Oh... I'm just stretching my legs and getting some fresh air, then I saw you a-and thought I'd talk to you... *he trails off at the end. Genya was Hyping himself up before this, he gets quite nervous around girls,  so he tried to boost his confidence, as well as the meds make him a little more confident from the loopy-ness helping cancel out the anxiety.*

         Oh. Well what do you wanna talk about Genya? *she sets down a trowel she was using to transplant a Diphylleia Grayi, or skeleton flower. And sits down to talk to Genya* What do you wanna hear? *Genya stated* what about your mission? You where up against upper 4 and 5 right? If you don't mind telling me of course. *she smiles sweetly, Genya gets a little nervous but tells the story start to finish. Making the parts that he's in sound like he was a little stronger or exaggerated a little bit, it was still believable but Genya made himself sound better* woah... That's so cool! You pulled a tree out of the ground!? That's crazy!!! *Genya chuckles at Hatsumis' amazement, he thought it was cute* Heh yea I guess sit is!.. *He smiled to himself content, happy to talk with someone, it's been a while. He was happy to have made her a  friend.*
