Chapter 3 - Max.

This school has been quite interesting so far, I've met Olivias boyfriend and also Joys boyfriend. I dont know what to think about Olivias boyfriend though, he is a little odd in my eyes, but that can be just me. Although i've heard Noah say that aswel.

Noah kept having different girls in the dorm which annoyed me quite a lot. He is quite noisy if you ask me. I keep hearing weird noises, I still wonder what those are. Even though I maybe shouldnt think about that. I mean, knowing Noah it can be very gross.

I havent heard Noah talking about the mission yet, maybe he has forgotten? To be fair im not thinking about it either, I mean, since I dont even know why I am a part of it why should I worry and not make fun with my new friends! Its great to meet new friends, honestly! I dont think ive ever had friends in my life.

I dont know if that has made me a bad talker, maybe, maybe not. I dont hope so though.

Anyways, Noah has also gotten in a lot of trouble lately, ive seen him at the principles office a lot recently. I cant say that about myself, ive been an angel if I should be honest.

I dont know what Noah is trying to prove. Ive also liked something here in this school, such as art class. I am pretty good at it, somehow I get straight A's for it. We cant say that about the other classes I follow, I get lower grades for that, but I am not worried about that at all.

I mean not everyone can be good at every class, right? Well, maybe Olivia and also Joy. Theyre just nerds. All they talk about is books, studying, grades and after school classes.

I mean who would go to extra class when the school is finally done.

Ive made great plans for today, since were so close together already I told everyone to meet up at the pool. Were going for a swim and have some fun together.

I got up, wearing my swimming trousers and a huge hoodie on top of it. I made my way downstairs and entered the swimming pool.

At the moment I entered Max threw Olivia into the water and Joy was splashing water in Noahs face. He seemed mad. My eyes went from side to side with full confusion. I took off my hoodie and slowly entered the water. It was cold af.

''Why r you so late, this was your damn idea.'' I heard Noah yelling across the pool. ''I fell asleep!'' I yelled back. Joy swam up to me and dipped my head in the water.

I looked up at her and we both began laughing as my hair was covering my face. I shook my hair aside and held Joy up, ready to throw her away. ''Mikey dont you dare!'' She laughed. I threw her away and right before I wanted to swim back to her I heard Damian yelling. My eyes went over, blinking fast.

''What'd you do?'' He asked. I looked him up and down in confusement. ''Having fun?'' I answered. ''Dont touch her mate, shes my girlfriend.''

I nod, narrowing my eyebrow. Damian swam up to Joy and held her close. Joys eyes met mine as we both let out a slight giggle.

Noah began talking with Olivia in a corner, I could almost feel the romance here. They seemed close already.

I saw them giggle and laugh, Max on the otherside had his face like it was thundering. He was looking mad af. I didnt want to be a part of it so I backed off and let Noah handle the situation. I didnt know what to do if I was a part of it anyways.

While Noah was with Max and Olivia and Joy with Damian, I was alone. I thought, but then I heard a loud voice coming closer to me quite fast.

My eyes went over and I saw Olivias little sister. She is around our age aswel and quiet. Weve been chatting a lot together. Bet she likes me.

She jumped into the water and swam up to me, she held onto me as I dipped her underwater a few times.

I am glad we had so much fun today and laughed a lot. But, once I thought that was the end it wasnt. My eyes went over to Noah and Max as they were yelling at eachother.

I rolled my eyes and saw Olivia defending them both at the same time. Quite confusing if you ask me. I find a lot of things confusing but this is the moment I hit the top of my confusement meter.

We all swam up to them and pushed them apart before it could go wrong. I held Noah tight as he began yelling at me aswel. I rose my eyebrows and tried to ignore it.

Max and Olivia left the pool and Joy, me and Damian tried to calm Noah down. My eyes went over to Joy as I saw in my eyesight Damians eyes going at me. I dont know what he is thinking but I am not into Joy at all. Shes a real great friend of mine but we keep it that way.

Joy is not my type.

When Noah finally calmed down we all left the pool. I took my oversized hoodie and I was exhausted. Swimming tires me a lot. I mean it is tiring, everyone seemed tired, except for Noah ofcourse. Noah is just really fit.

I let out a yawn as we walked to the cafeteria for dinner. I took a plate and they threw mushy stuff on it. I was used to this, I was able to eat this gross food. I sat down at the table where we usually eat along with the others.
All eyes were on eachother as we didnt even touch our forks or knives. Luckily no knives yet.

''So?'' Joy asked. All eyes went on her straight away. ''Awkwardd..'' She said under her breath.

''Is it fixed now?'' I dared to say. All the eyes went from Joy over to me. Now I knew why Joy found it awkward. It is awkward. Noah slammed the table, got up and left. I dug my head in my hands, mumbling.

''Dick..''

I heard Max say. My eyes went up to him while raising an eyebrow.

''Excuse me?''

His eyes went over to mine again, smirking.

''I said what I said Mike.'' ''You better not say that again before I punch you a blue eye.''

I said quite loud. All eyes from the cafeteria went over to me as one of the teacher walked up to me. ''I'd like to see you in my office Mikey.'' Ah fuck no, I got up and saw Max smirking. I walked up to him and slapped him across the face before following the teacher to the office. Max got up, yelling after me.

We entered the office, I looked over at the teacher and back at the principle.

''Well well Mikey Night got in trouble.''
I stared at the principle.
"Quite unusual for you isnt it? Wheres your big brother Noah? Normally he is here."

"Good question where he went.." I mumbled under my breath.
"Hm?" The principle hummed.
My eyes went up and shook my head. "Its just Max. He is a dick."

The principle laughed. "How long is it since youve entered this school? A few weeks now? Max already goes here for over a year. You cannot just call people a dick like that."
I furrowed my eyebrows. "Why can't I? If I find someone a dick ill tell them. I wont go and say it to other behind their backs. Max does that tho."

She sighed. "How about you and Max have a talk, maybe that will fix some things."

I rolled my eyes, got up and left with a sigh.

No way I am doing that.

At that moment I walked into Max, I saw his fuming eyes staring at me.
All I could do is leave a smirk. He stared me up and down before actually speaking.
"Where the fuck did you get those balls from to actually dare to lay one finger down on me?"

I tried to hold my laugh. "I need balls for that?"

At that moment I decided to walk further, leaving Max alone with his rage.
