After being left with an illness and being diagnosed as quirkless a certain someone came and helped him after hearing that their family left him to die on the hospital bed
After Izuku graduated from Ua with Momo without any problems he was recommended to become a world hero from his mom Cammy. After being recommended by her he was assured to be the world #1 which he is now both him and Momo gotten married as Momo became not only a hero but a housewife and stay at home mom. Both started their legacy as they both got a son and named him Izuku as he got Izuku face features and Momo black hair as he has both of their eye color one side green and the other onyx. Of course everyone came and supported the 2 of their family member as Chun Li, Cammy, and Yor went to buy everything for the little Izuku.
10 years later
IJ: dad we need to go to the hospital?
Izuku: why is that son?
Ij: mom is in labor
Izuku: got it
They both left quickly to the hospital to go see their Wife/Mom who is giving birth to a healthy beautiful girl. As they made it they see her with the healthy baby girl in her arms.
Izuku/Ij: honey/Mom

Momo: sssh you'll wake her up boys.
As the both came over to her as they see then baby girl asleep as Izuku kissed her head.
Izuku: you did well honey.
Momo: thank you honey sorry I would've thought she'll come after I came back home.
Izuku: hey it's ok don't worry I could've went with you if this was going to happen.
Ij: mom what are we gonna name her
Momo: how about Savanna White?
Izuku: I love it my Queen
Ij: yea I love it.....it fits her
Momo: welcome to the White family Savanna white.
Your probably wondering what happen back in Japan right well with that Nezu checked in on the past on Izuku and it appears that he saw that Izuku was never registered as it came to see that both Inko and All might erased his name since the day he was diagnosed with leukemia but was put back in by Cammy White after adopting him. Since Inko was already taken care of he sent All might to prison (I forgot if he was if he wasn't he is now) and checked on Aldera high and apparently they did nothing to stop the bullying as they tried to erase evidence of them doing it but went to prison for tampering with evidence and child endangerment.
With Izumi and her gang they got fired and fined for quirk usage which Izumi was able along with Shoto and Shoka to pay for the fine as both Katsuki and Katsumi refused which led them in prison for damaging of people property. During the time Izuku and Momo adopted a little girl by the name of Eri during the trip back to Japan as they wanted both Loid and Yor to see their granddaughter which Eri accustom grew to and wanted to be apart if the family as they did which led to the adoption of young Eri white.
