One month passed after Shravya started to live in Rajvansh Mansion and was working in his Casino. She was getting comfortable with everyone here.
"Good morning"
Akshat greeted her as soon as he saw her coming towards the kitchen for making the breakfast.
She looked at him unbelievably as she should be the one making that.
"I'll do that. You can go"
"Yeah, I know but today I'm free. So, I thought to use the time to do something different. Do you wanna taste?"
He said while stirring the milk shake.
Shravya tried not to laugh as it was too funny because he was not actually doing any efforts just the milkshake and the toast in toaster which a kid could also make for himself.
"Why are you laughing?"
He frowned his eyebrows as she immediately lowered her eyelashes not wanting to make him angry.
"I asked you something?"
He put little pressure to his words to know the answer as she couldn't stop herself more and bursted out in laughter. Akshat raised his eyebrows just to look at her mesmerizing smile. It was the first time when he saw her laughing freely after coming here. Whenever she used to come infront of him, she looked scared and nervous.
After sometime she realised what she did as she bit her tongue mumbling a sorry.
"May I know the reason of your laugh?"
"Actually you're not doing any efforts. Everything is readymade"
Shravya told him fidgeting with the end of her Dupatta.
"Are you making fun of me by any chance?"
He gave her death glares as she shook her head negatively.
"I__I'm just stating the fact"
She whispered as he hummed and then came up with the glasses.
"Sit"
Akshat ordered and passed the glass to her as she nodded taking it. He also took a seat beside her and both started drinking their milkshakes.
"How's everything going"
His deep voice broke the awkward silence between them.
"Good"
She replied plainly when he asked the next question.
"So, do you wanna work here permanently?"
She looked up hearing his sudden question.
"I mean to say after the debt"
Akshat completed his sentence which made her more confused.
"Don't worry, you'll get your salary"
Shravya didn't know what to reply as she was also fighting with herself about what she would do after these six months? Would she go back to her orphanage or she would go anywhere else? But she also had no money with her too.
