"Rise and shine sweetie, wake u... oh you're already awake! Wait, did you even sleep?"
"Uhuh." I replied weakly, with my voice breaking.
My eyes are fixated on the spinning ceiling fan for 8 hours. I tried every method that Google told me to fall asleep fast, heck I even sacrificed watching anime!
"Oh dear, well. Go on and get ready before your breakfast gets cold." Mom said before leaving my room.
I started my day with a groan. Stepping out of my pajamas, I rummaged to my closet to get my favorite black jeans, a simple white shirt, and an oversized grey hoodie. I put all of my choices on with cat-themed black socks before going downstairs like a hungry zombie.
"Come on hurry up, we have to go to the school's office first to get your things." she said passing me by the stairs.
My mom wears a common work outfit but with complete accessories, just like how I adorn my body with: multiple bracelets of various beads and chains (okay maybe not like her), two chunky silver rings on my index and pinky, a silver necklace with a moon pendant, and a black stud on my right ear. I have to beg Mom for me to get any piercings on my body for a whole year, even though having one on ears is common these days.
I sluggishly head to the cupboard and take the tallest mug that I have, as tall as a trenta cup. I fill it up with pure black coffee and down it straight like a maniac. Once finished, I nibbled on some eggs and bacon.
"You finish that plate young man, I even made your portion smaller than what I usually serve you." she scolded me, while spinning the car keys in her finger.
"Uhuh." I mumbled, feeling more and more dejected with each chew. I don't really have an appetite with coffee and anxiety filling me up.
"Oh sweetie, school is fun! This might be your first time after getting homeschooled, but I promise you that this will be the most memorable thing you'll experience. And you'll definitely meet many friends that has the same interests as you have. Now turn that frown upside do... don't tell me that the empty mug was filled up with coffee." she went from hugging my head to head locking me.
I can only yelp in distress.

"Here's your ID, locker code, books, and schedule. And here's your PE uniforms, school shirt, oh also your lanyard. And your school booklet." this woman from the office just handed me everything like I am 100% made of hands. Thank Mom for taking 90% off everything at my hands immediately.
No students in sight yet, which is a relief. We said our thanks and started to walk our way to my locker. I hook my ID to the lanyard, then bring the ID closer to my face.
Yep, that's me. I have dark brown, slightly wavy hair that you'll mistake me for the ugly brown sheep in Minecraft, a face that is down to skin and bones with my cheeks hollowed out but not looking like death, eyebrows that is aesthetically for girls, a big, round, dark green eyes, lips that the Kardashians wish, and normal ears. I either described myself as a sophisticated Paris model or a girl.
When we reached my lockers, I put everything away except the booklet and schedule. I bid my farewell to my dearest mother (after intentionally hugging her longer) as students started to show up, and quickly ran to the nearest bathroom, locking myself inside of one of the stalls.
I slowly sat on the thankfully clean toilet, and started to hyperventilate.
After a good minute of mental marathon and flushing my vomit, I exited the stall and looked myself in the mirror. Great, now I look like death. I tried to erase my face with water until the bell rang loudly. That sound will be in my nightmares tonight.
"You can do this." I whispered to myself. Suddenly having courage, I wiped my face off and then headed to my first class.
I kept my head down on the way, noticing that a lot of students like white shoes, in contrast to my son, black leather boots.
As I entered the room, I felt all heads suddenly turned to me and eyes piercing straight to my soul. I froze in place, making the students at my back entering groan in annoyance, bumping my shoulder as they walked past me.
This is the most interaction that I have had in my entire life, my body couldn't keep up and I feel like it is shutting down.
"Hey new kid!"
Hi, it's me. Yeah, that's me. I tried to lift my face up, but my eyes stopped until I could clearly see a boy approaching me. He's wearing a varsity jacket. Oh no, I read this somewhere before. At least make my death a painless one. How? I don't kn...
"Name's Wayne, what's yours?" I hear the boy say, with his palm reaching out to me for a handshake. Oh god, he has big hands. Without any thought, I just reach out and take his hand. His hand is warm, and big.
"Solomon Knight." I whispered like I am in some sort of ASMR video.
"Nice to meet you, man. Come, you're sitting next to me." he let go of my hand and then held me in my wrist. Even though his speaking tone is very light, I am still thinking that he will kill me. Why the hell would a jock like for me to sit next to him?!
I can still feel everyone's eyes on me while he drags me further into hell. I am definitely gonna get killed.
"Are you sure that's the new kid? You might have been leading a random lost student." I heard a deep voice, almost a mumble, say to Wayne after we stopped, letting go of my wrist. Yeah, am I even at the right room? I forgot to double check my schedule if this is the right room.
I looked up in curiosity, and shivers went down my spine.
Wayne is looking back at me, and he looks like a god. He has a smile with his teeth showing his good cheekbone structure, a full lips that is super hot, a short, black hair, and a height like an Eiffel Tower, casting shadows on my 5'7". He is really a jock, based on how thick and strong his neck looks. I am curious about the mumble guy but I can't seem to get my eyes off his blue eyes. I can feel my jaws dropping open, because how can someone look so fine just like he is?!
"Looks like he has a crush on you. Maybe even fantasizing you already with that blush on his face." the mumble guy snickered.
