Their voice is electronic, almost like a vocoloid.

Medicine of any kind has zero effect on them, medicine melts as soon as it enters their bloodstream.

Their bite can inject a venom that can cause the limb they bit to complete stop working permanently, if they bite a vital place like the chest or neck then consider yourself dead.
