It's been a week since me and Jungwon ended our 'rival' thing,

I'm still getting used to it, I mean, we always used to argue and bicker whenever one of us got a higher grade than eachother, it's been like that for years.

But now we just talk casually like.. friends?

As I'm walking in the hallway with my friends I hear people whispering about me and Jungwon being cool with eachother,

Jungwon is really popular here, he's handsome, smart, and wealthy, who wouldn't want a guy like him?

"Y/n everyone is talking about you, your popular today~" my friend Dahyun teased with a smirk

"Yeah she's been the talk of the school ever since her and Jungwon have been actually talking to eachother nicely" my other friend Mina replied

I rolled my eyes, I don't like having attention on me, it's because the attention their giving me is bad or it's just about Jungwon, nothing good.

While we were settling in our seats I saw Jungwon walking past our class,

He waved at me with a smile, a smile so pure and beautiful, I watched as he entered his class and sat with his other two friends.

Everytime Jungwon smiles at me, I feel something that I've never felt before, I'm pretty sure I'm sick or something, I should go to a doctor,

but jungwon's just been occupying my mind lately.

"Uh y/n are you even listening?" Dahyun asked as I snapped out of my weird thoughts about Jungwon

I turned to my two friends, "um, what were you talking about?" I said awkwardly with a forced smile

"There's a new girl who's coming to our school," Dahyun started, "I heard she's really rich, and she's friends with someone popular here!" Dahyun said and I glared at her,

"There's nothing special with a new student coming to our school why are you so hyped?"
I asked and Dahyun was about to say something until our teacher came

Class ended and we were all packing our bags to leave,

"Ok, let me continue my sentence because that stupid teacher bothered me" Dahyun said in annoyance

Me and Mina laughed at the sight of our annoyed friend,

"So basically she's in our class ANDD we could try to be friends with her since she's loaded!" Dahyun said happily and me and Mina were looking at her in disappointment.

"We can't just use someone for their money Dahyun" Mina said putting her books in her locker

"Why NOT?" Dahyun said while grinning "and hey, she might be some pick me girl who deserves to be used anyways" Dahyun said in one breath

"MIGHT be" I said to Dahyun, "and no one deserves to be used for, even if they're a pick me" I completed staring at Dahyun and shaking my head in disapproval
